這家酒店大堂氣派別致，房間設施齊全舒適，寬敞明亮，酒店外圍綠樹環繞，還有個湖，非常美麗，是家名副其實的花園度假酒店，早餐該有的都有，牛腩和炸醬粉面好吃，玉米紅薯也好吃，工作人員熱情周到，西餐廳環境優美怡人，性價比很高的一家酒店

朋友來玩訂的酒店，前台小姐姐服務非常好免費幫忙升級了房間。大床房面積很大，帶獨立陽台。房間裏面配的東西也比較齊全，特別滿意的是床上用品很新，住的比較安心。推薦晚上到酒店周圍走一走，環境非常好，空氣清新，遠離城市喧囂。

本來看了評價就不想去了的，但是最後還是選擇了去。酒店大廳很大，停車也很方便，前台兩個妹妹很熱情，進屋看見裏面中規中矩，尤其是浴室很大，洗手盆也很大，還帶了一個大大的陽台，酒店離龍蝦城很近，方便出行，早餐品種很多，也是中規中矩，唯一差點的是淋浴頭的那個管子有點短，房間衹有一把椅子，其餘都很滿意。

地理位置不在市中心，適合自駕出遊的朋友，酒店設施ok，服務態度不錯，打車去市裡大概10元左右，有個小露台，可以晾曬衣服，視野也挺開闊的。

非常漂亮的國際連鎖酒店，被綠地和小溪環繞，晚上靜謐。對自駕族很友好，有自助洗衣房，有大大的免費停車場，有充電樁。早餐也不錯，五分好評。

房間太老 設備太差 浴缸生銹 下水開關關不上 陽台門已壞 被子有污漬 服務員態度很差 不讓換房間
兩個人的早餐 一個人去吃 想要個小袋子帶兩個蘋果餐廳服務員不讓拿 但是有個服務服給自己用袋子拿走幾個蘋果和其他東西

超出我預期的一次體驗，酒店離龍蝦生態城非常近，環境非常好，前台服務態度好，幫我們升級了房子。房間乾淨衞生，一點異味也沒有。早餐豐富，牛肉麪非常好吃，非常值得推薦，我們一定會再來的。

潛江新開的偏高端酒店，環境還算不錯，但後續配套服務幾乎完全用差勁來形容，入住電視自動開啟但是沒有遙控器，循環播放着吵鬧的背景音樂且關不掉，前台打電話詢問根本不熟悉房間的佈局，説叫客房部來解決，此處點名批評客房部的袁姓員工，態度冷漠的上來通知我沒有遙控器，通知完後就準備一走了之，這樣的客**故在他眼裡根本不算個事兒，在我多次提出介意之後才提出幫我去其他房間協調一個遙控器。（一開始幹嘛去了？壓根不打算解決？）主動服務意識為零且態度冷漠。房間衹配備兩瓶飲用水，請求前台幫忙補充備品在送上樓之後告知額外的水要收費，用微信個人收款碼收了我的錢。（這種極其不規範沒有收據的流程也讓我疑惑）這種價位的酒店在備品的小事上斤斤計較實在令人失望！早餐麪檔阿姨也毫無服務意識，按以往酒店流程，點了麪我們先去把拿的餐食放在桌上，回來發現阿姨直接把我們的麪給了後面的顧客，問起來很不客氣的説看我們走了沒拿就給別人了。？？？可是麪做好了我們並沒有得到任何的告知，相當之不規範的管理，如果需要等現做現拿為何不提前告知？即使服務的不規範也是管理的失職，潛江第一家温德姆給我的感受是相當之失望的！當地同價位酒店中最差勁的一次體驗，不推薦！
