定的家庭房在最高的一層，空調開了2個半小時不製冷，要求更換房間前台讓服務員過來看看，11樓的服務員態度非常不好，前台服務非常好，另外我開的是家庭房因為你們的空調原因，給我們調到8樓雙床房，還不給我們退差價我很不能理解？我們調到8樓以後，還能在房間桌子上看到垃圾6月17號入住客人的單據，衞生也是胖人無語了，真的是最差的一次入住賓館的體驗，希望你們有待提高服務和衞生吧！！！
