酒店環境很好，新裝修的酒店，設施設備都很新，住的舒服；服務態度很好，前台很熱情，進門就打招呼，做房的大姐還幫我們拿行李，都很不錯；房間做的很乾凈，香薰味道也好聞，床鋪的很整潔；酒店還有早餐提供，味道不錯，菜品也很豐盛；交通很方便，到火車站很近，附近還有很多好吃的，宵夜不錯；酒店還提供接站服務，晚上到了潛江站開車來接的我們，而且房間價格還很優惠，Wi-Fi、熱水、空調都很好用，還給我免費升級了帶窗户的房間，值得推薦，下次來潛江還會來住。

酒店房間衞生還好，就是隔音效果太差了，隔壁講話都能夠聽清楚，更不用説打牌打麻將了，搞得一晚上都沒有睡好，還有就是房間的空調製熱效果太差了，吹了一晚上都是冷的。

裝修一般，大廳看起來還行但房間很普通，衹能説有外表沒內涵，房間也無任何智能化設備。洗手間洗漱台下麪的裝飾條已脱落，暴露了翻新後的常規問題，房間沒有香包，有股異味，房間也很小。最讓人不滿意的就是早餐，這都是什麼啊完全是糊弄人的，建議你們老總或負責人早上看一下早餐都是些什麼，全部就幾樣，而且非常難吃，如果做不起建議早餐直接取消，多加的一二十塊錢去外頭吃碗麪比你們這所謂的早餐強一百倍！經濟酒店包含早餐的很多，建議去外面考察一下學習一下，我常年出差，每年大概300天左右住酒店，首選評分高，次選包含早餐，我們可以報銷，肯定會選擇包含早餐的酒店，我們同事和同行出差都是這樣選擇，我們在一些非常小的縣城酒店早餐也很豐富，好不好吃另説至少花樣多選擇多，還有地方特色供客人品嚐，不會像你們的早餐這樣糊弄人，物產豐富的荊楚大地江漢平原，這樣的早餐真拿不出手！

位置好，交通便利，吃飯出門都方便，只是房間不是我喜歡的類型，他那個房間的窗户的對着內部牆和走廊的，對面窗户也對着，感覺不太好。對街上的晚上裝飾燈光晃眼睛。
