房間很乾凈，服務也很好，房間淋浴間下水有問題，和負責人説了，得到了及時處理，還送了果盤寫了致歉信，很貼心，吃早餐，有倆位領導，還問候我們有沒有需要幫助的地方，很客氣。這個酒店管理
服務：做得太好了，贊贊贊！
餐廳，客房，前台服務員都很熱情。總體感覺很好，建議大家入住他家。島上景色宜人，比市區嘈雜的車水馬龍，這感覺到很舒適，安逸。

灤河上的五個島組成五星，酒店佔五星之一，中間那顆，第三星，取鬧市中的安靜。房間衞生不錯，空調夠力，五月底六月初的話，開窗納涼也是舒適。前台笑臉迎，有問必答，下次還去。

整體環境優美，服務很好，在餐廳還吃到了老北京菜，最值得讚揚的還是酒店服務，化粧品落在酒店，酒店在收拾過程中以為我們不要了當垃圾處理了，但是我們找到酒店，酒店還賠償了。酒店服務真的很好。環境也好，在灤河島嶼，酒店內還有一個天鵝湖。還會再來。

可以説是性價比首選，雖然是老牌酒店風，但是酒店新裝修的客房，非常乾淨，房間也不小，五一這個200元的價格也絕對是物超所值，停車免費，周圍絕美的灤河美景喜出望外！早上在湖邊遛彎兒，超爽！
