One of the best hotel for families with kids. Not seaside but have shuttles to beach 8/10 min arriving. Rooms very nice and clean. Staff helpful and smiling. Food average.

I don’t know where to start. Family of 4 , 2 toddlers and we had a fantastic time. Food - After reading the reviews of previous English visitors I was pleasantly surprised at how incredible the food was. I can only assume the people who didn’t like the food weren’t very cultured? As there was such a vast selection, with so much being prepared in front of you. None of us got bored of the food and thoroughly enjoyed it. Freshly made warm doughnuts in the morning is next level! Staff - Exceptional. My father always taught me to tip and more importantly, to treat people with respect and it really goes a long way. Although they don’t all speak great English, we found it didn’t impact us at all. We took the time to learn how to say hello in Arabic, and how to say Thankyou. This had a great impact on our stay. Staff were really friendly, helpful & accommodating. Facilities - Water park is top notch. The layout is easy accessible. There’s also so many pools around the resort that you almost feel like you have half a pool to yourself at times. The buildings are beautiful and you have a real luxury feel. Bedrooms - Comfortable & spacious. We were fortunate to get an upgrade which was great. We’re coming back next year and would happily be on the same block near Club Mac. There was a slight problem with the patio door on arrival, but we contacted reception and it was fixed immediately. Overall - in my opinion it’s a 4 & half star hotel and that’s we were over the moon with that. See you next year

Had the most amazing 10 nights here the staff are amazing the hotel is one of the cleanest I've been to big shout out to iza from the animation team hagag at the outside bar and our good friend mustafa we can't wait to come back and see them all again in September 2025

Our stay at the hotel was very enjoyable. The rooms were clean, cleaned every day, bottled water was replenished during cleaning. Wi-Fi access throughout the hotel. The service was very nice and helpful. Pools kept clean. The food was very good, a large selection of dishes. The hotel offered animation for children and adults.
