Let me start by saying that: I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and attentive, the room was spacious and clean, and the amenities (Yehyia) were top-notch. The location was perfect, close to all the attractions. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay! Furthermore it’s perfect for kids and the animation team is always looking after them! Would come again!

My 1st review and our 1st trip to Egypt. But I had to share our experience of this hotel as we had the best time ever. This hotel and it's hard working team made it a truly special experience. I read a lot of reviews before choosing our family holiday and I'm glad I read between the lines. Ignore any negative comments of the fussy Karen's. The food was tasty, varied and fresh. The rooms were clean spacious and nicely decorated. A/C was ice cold, kept spotless by the cleaner who also made some amazing towel animals. The entertainment was fun for kids and adults and the fireshow was amazing! The aqua park was perfect for us and our 9 year old son who made a lot of new friends from all sorts of nationalities. The lifeguards were friendly, professional and on the ball. We did a few excursions with the hotel team, camel rides, dune buggies and speedboat tour. We had an amazing experience and felt safe the whole time. The staff and management here are what make this place so great. Super friendly and just want to make your experience the best possible, especially on our son's birthday which they gave him a special celebration he will not forget. Thank you charmillion and all the staff you went above and beyond. Special thanks to Ahmed the cleaner and the other Ahmed bar manager with the balloons Mohamed with the drums and Mustafa with the Kermit green cocktails. If you make the right choice and holiday here, make sure these guys get the tips they deserve

We stayed in Family room with two terrace, rooms were nice and lots of space for all of us. Our children are 6 and 8, they loved pool (heated) and aqua park. The smallest child was banned from the aqua park because she is not so tall as they think she needs to be. It was surprise for us that she can't join with us. She have been taking swimming lessons two years and was there with two adults. She was crushed because waited the holiday and all the fun in the aquapark. Our room was next to children pool, the location was ideal for the children. The only negative thing about the location was DJ so loud music that is was unable to be in the room. The non-stop music was all the time when the aquapark was open. We ask to turn the volume done but the DJ just said that this is his job and can't do nothing, reception said the same thing. Every day all day maximum volume rave music. I would love to visit this hotel again some day but first will ask the hotel if they still have the DJ service around the aquapark.

Very good animation teams, staff are very friendly. Waiters and always happy to help and serve drinks to sunbeds / table service. Animation team constantly ensuring that the guests are having the best holiday possible with activities all day and night.

i like the staff they are very friendly and nice and especially the animation team and barmen they have looked after me and my family very well on our trip and have helped us out alot. the anitmation team are very good and have great activities for everybody and made out trip 10 times better

So, I recently spent six nights, starting on February 29th, 2024. Here's the lowdown on my stay: Not-So-Great Stuff: Food Fiasco: Let's just say the food was a major letdown. Breakfast was a sad affair with leftovers ruling the scene. The snack bar? Chips and chicken goujons, day in, day out. The all-inclusive deal? Total waste of cash. We ended up ordering food from outside most days because, honestly, the hotel's food was tasteless and repetitive. Room: For a supposed 5-star hotel, the rooms were a bit of a joke. Outdated decor, bathrooms begging for a makeover, and cleaning that was more of a quick once-over. There were even days when we had to ask for towels and water bottles! Service Snags: While some staff were cool, others were a bit rude, especially at reception. And don't get me started on the Indian restaurant booking that got axed without warning. Not cool, guys. Amenity Antics: The waterpark was fun, especially for the kids, but the adult slides had limited hours. And the Indian restaurant? Closed for who knows what reason. Plus, mosquitoes were out in full force, so watch out! Bright Spots: Wi-Fi Wonder: Props to the hotel for having Wi-Fi that actually works everywhere. No complaints there! Comfy Beds: Despite the hiccups, the beds and pillows were top-notch. I slept like a baby every night. So, yeah, my stay had its ups and downs. With a little work on the food, rooms, and service,. I would not be attending this hotel ever again. There are more better hotels out there, for a better price.

We have just arrived home from a 10 night stay with my partner and 2 year old daughter and are already looking at coming back. The food is nice, not necessarily catered for European palettes but it is nice to try new things and they do different themed nights, and there is always pizza, chips and pasta. The snack bar at the kids pool does different burgers and chicken nuggets during the day also. The desserts are amazing with plenty of choice. The pools are amazing and so warm, the lazy river is a must we did that every day our daughter absolutely loved it. The people that work here genuinely make the holiday, from remembering your favourite sun beds and reserving them for you, having your drinks ready for you when you sit down and making balloon animals for the kids. Everyone always says hello and good morning, and are so so good with kids. The coaches to the beach were so handy, 5 minutes down the road and the water is lovely. The pharmacy on site is handy for essentials or if you may get ill when away, the pharmacist is very helpful and knowledgeable. There are a few shops on the resort, the shop keepers are also really lovely. Mustafa the bar man at the kids pool was amazing from our first day, remembering our orders and even making mocktail versions of our cocktails for our daughter to try which she loved. He was so kind to us and always had chips ready for my daughter when she woke up from her afternoon nap! Kareem the lifeguard made such an effort with our daughter, always made sure as soon as we arrived at the pool he would say hello and take her on little walks around the pool and gave her loads of balloons. We wouldn’t have enjoyed our holiday as much as we did if it wasn’t for Mustafa and Kareem.

Superb vacation for family and friends. Awesome, friendly stuff, who remembered special orders and made vacation comfortable. Also kept eye on kids🤣 Made jokes and seemed like all that come easily, because they enjoyed their job. Food was delicios. Pools were warm😍 Been in egipt many times, but first time in this hotel, come back for sure😊

We have just come back from a 7 night holiday at Charmillion Club Aqua park and we have had the most incredible family holiday. From the very start, every member of staff went out of their way to ensure we had the best holiday! They made an effort to remember us and often bought our drinks to us before we could get to the bar! The lifeguard team were incredible, playing with the kids, always remembering their names! The Animation team were incredible - they trully made the children’s experience so special. Every single one of them were amazing, Jane was just amazing with my 6 year old and Rudy made such an effort with my 11 year old, it made the holiday. Entertainment was great, really enjoyed the DJ (DJ Medoz). Food was varied and we aren’t very adventurous but we always found something we liked. There’s always a pizza and pasta station too. Snacks by the pool were delicious! Overall an amazing holiday - thank you to everyone that works there 🤍
