This hotel is very clean pools are nice and food in the day is good and reception team are good made a mistake in my booking booked a twin room instead of a double room but the reception staff sorted the problem straight away even though it was my fault the restaurant for you buffet meals are not good glad I never brought my kids not even chips innit a fussy eater but I struggled no entertainment in the evening got to say the people in the pub bar are brilliant the hotel need to regonise they made all the difference to our stay always brought drinks to our tables and friendly so if you see them say high best staff ever there also if your a wine drinker they only serve at certain rtain times

2nd time here and already booked for 2025. It's stunning and you want for nothing. The staff are friendly and courteous. My room on both occasions was perfect. Pools are beautifully kept as are the grounds. All inclusive is the way forward. The rooms have fridge freezers and excellent air-conditioning. Egypt is not known for its food but the food here is excellent by comparison. Several restaurants offer a la carte and the main dining area caters for most pallets. Pool bars, beach bars, beach restaurant. Outside Shisha lounge and BBQ area. Pool and beach towel service I wanted for nothing. The water park is perfectly maintained and monitored. Two more bars there and a stunning Spa and gym. No matter what you want, if it's plausible, the managent here will make it happen. I have been to many countries. Pound for pound, if you want to relax and soak up the sun, you won't get better than here. That said, no honest review comes without criticism. The WiFi is not good enough. A hotel of this standard could do better and i believe, in time it will. That said, I don't go on holiday to keep in touch with what's happening at home. I've made friends in Egypt through staying in this hotel that I will keep in touch with and hold in high regard for the rest of my life. Roll on next year

We had an amazing short vacation with Regency. Many thanks to manager Yehiya for making a beautiful memory for me and my family and providing us with extra care for our elderly family members. Yehiya made sure his staff were at all times presentable and following all the hotel protocols. Everyone is genuinely friendly and trying their best to make all of us feel comfortable and welcomed. The hotel facilities include everything one needs for a fun and delightful stay by the beach. We havent had the chance to try all the dining places within the resort, as they have so many and for each taste. The buffet food was varied and flavorful and free flow drinks was an absolute delight. Highly recommending the resort.

The hotel was amazing, the staff were very attentive and smiling all the time, lots of activities you can do and food variety available.. Mr. Yehia Mahmoud “Hotel Night Manager” was very helpful at all time and was taking care of all the guests. I do highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for something special and good atmosphere.

We was in a room 5307. . We would like to say: thank you for all of you ( from housekeeping, cleaner on restaurant, the pool attendances and life guisds to chefs, restaurant team and reception team). Big thank yound for my tattoo man - Bob. Bob!!! Next year I will waiting for my discount Pleasure staying and very enjoyable. You are the best.

The worst holiday I have ever been on in my life we arrived at the resort there was all building work going on in the main reception we was given our rooms we had to carry the luggage up the stairs as there is no lifts to come to the room and the door not open properly to then be told there is nothing they can do until tommorow our Ac stopped working at 5am in the morning the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting we aren't special people but to have dirt that can be whipped off with you hand in the bath is absolutely disgusting there was also a leak by the toilet and nothing was done about it the rooms are not cleaned they just make the beds we asked for new towels Daily but we're just given back the ones we used the evening before. The food is disgusting nothing to choose from especially not with children all chicken was pink and not cooked. The staff were so rude not helpful at all they say they have free Wi-Fi which you don't it only works in reception if you're lucky. Not a family friendly resort children were shouted at for jumping into the pool I understand with diving but jumping seriously. The water park is only open a couple of hours a day. I really feel like they don't like the British anymore. I will never be coming back to Egypt all because of this hotel really let down. The breakfast was horrendous no choice at all the soft drinks were disgusting

Regency plaza is a very good hotel with friendly and helpful staff For dinner the Oriental restaurant with chef Mohamed is a place where you should really go, they have good food and service. For the rest they have a lot of pools to cool down and relax.

Gorgeous hotel! Good location! Loads of things to do outside this hotel, I recommend Hard Rock Cafe which is walking distance, soho square is good for kids, this gorgeous hotel is on the beach water was clear, Bob the tattoo man is so talented !!! View off our balcony was beautiful, Italian restaurant was so good, pizza pasta place was really good fresh food, such a kid friendly place entertainment was good staff there was amazing, our cleaner was the best he made a new thing everyday with towels so talented! but the best thing about this hotel is these staff, petar, ebrahem, Mohamed, sam and the staff in the pictures below ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️ There’s people need a pay rise, can’t thank them enough for everything they done for me and my family they made our whole holiday, they was so friendly, and such a laugh to be around I would 100% come back again to just see these people.

The hotel is quite large and all rooms are in 3 story buildings which have no elevators. The room was large and spacious but the beds are very, very hard. The decor is dated but I found it to be reasonably clean. Not everything was included in the all inclusive package and was a little different from what we have experienced in the past. The hotel staff are very friendly and gracious especially Bassem in the restaurant and Amir the trip advisor who made our stay extremely enjoyable. Despite some of the negative comments I will definitely consider going back.
