كل الشكر لفندق ريجنسى بلازا على الاقامة المميزة واخص بالشكر مستر حسام مسؤول الريسبشن على جهده الغير عادى ومساعدتنا وكذلك شكر خاص لمستر محمد عبد الهادى مسؤول التسكين بالفندق على اهتمامه الكبير بينا وبطفلى قمه الاحترام والذوق وكذلك مستر كيرلس موظف الريسبشن وكل الشكر والتقدير لماهر مسوؤل الTower center فى مبنى الاكوا على احترامه وذوقه وكذلك كل الشكر والتقدير للرائع جدا مستر محمد اللبنانى شيف المشويات قمه الروعة وشكرا خاص لمسؤولى مطعم الاسماك وكذلك شكر خاص للجميل حمادة محمد موظف بار الاكوا

We have recently come back from a 10 night stay at this hotel. I wouldnt rate it 4 stars but its not as bad as people say it is all depending what u looking for If you looking for a relaxing time by the pool then this will do. Hotel is clean and the staff very friendly especially ebrahaim who works round the pool he was amazing could not do enough for you and Mohammod the bar man who worked outside again nothing was to much touble for him def give those two members of staff 10 out of 10. The Food in the main resturant was bit of a let down everything seemed to swimming in oil but plenty of options there if didnt want to eat there and for the size of the complex the entertainment was very poor. One quick shout out to vitamins the crepe and waffle stall near the entrance we had waffles and ice cream ( made the ice cream in front of us ) OH MY GOD it was amazing def the best i have ever tasted Overall if want 5 star luxury not for you but if just want to sit round the pool

This restaurant is the shawarma restaurant in the day time by night it’s the oriental restaurant absolutely 5* beautiful food it’s like a explosion of spices in your mouth , the chef is fantastic All the staff are lovely and can’t do enough for you We will definitely be going back again and again Thankyou for the best meal we have had all holiday

Great 10 days at Regency Plaza. Special mention to Momen at the main pool in front of hotel reception. He was a true legend getting us sunbeds every day and coming to see if we needed anything throughout the day. He was ace!! Also Ahmed who cleaned room 5309. A different animal made from towels every day and room was cleaned to a high standard.
