עמוס ואין מקבלי החלטות בדלפק קבלה .. מלא אורחים ממיתינים לפחות 4 שעות לקבלת חדרים לא מוכנים
אין מעליות בבית מלון ... לא נגיש למשפחה עם עגלת תינוק .. אין מעליות ומעברים לא נגישים .. הרבה מדרגות בכל מקום לא נגיש בכלל .. מעצבן .. מרגיש מוגבל .. נגישות אפס.
שירות שאטל על הפנים .. ירדנו לאיזור הים מרוחק בהליכה ולא הצלחנו לחזור לדלפק קבלה .. אין שאטלים מתאימים לעגלת תינוק ולא נגיש בכלל מעצבן רצח .. כל השאטלים מלאים תפוסים ואין מקום ומגיע פעם ב 15 דקות וצריך להמתין לפחות שעה שמגיע שאטל פנוי לאסוף אותכם לחדר אוכל
לאחר ההזמנה באפליקציית Trip הזמנתי חדר דילוקס עבור 2 מבוגר ו 2 ילדים בגילאים 6 ו 4 שנים, וקיבלתי אישור מהבית מלון על ההזמנה וברגע שהגעתי לבית מלון אמרו שיש בעיה בהזמנה, בהתחלה אמרו שהילדים לא רשומים בהזמנה וכשהראיתי להם אימייל ההזמנה התחילו להגיד שהילד הוא בן ארבע ושמונה חודשים יענו 5 שנים וצריך לשלם עבורו תוספת 400$ ; בית מלון מנסה לגבות כסף בכל מחיר; עוקץ ורמאות .. שילמתי תוספת בסוף למרות שההזמהה היתה תקינה לחלוטין ללא שום טעות או חוסר ; פשוט בית מלון והנהלה רמאים וגנבים ...

I really liked the hotel🩵 we lived in the first building with a terrace and access to the pool 16+ perfect place! Everything is beautiful, aesthetics, lots of greenery. The food is great! The sea is cool in March, we won't go there again this month. The reef is alive. I didn't say it was wow, but you can watch it 🐡🐟🐠
We didn't go to the animation, but they do aqua aerobics, yoga, games. On Mondays at 11:30 foam party on the beach, awesome! 👍🏻
On Sunday and Thursday, we go to White Hills for the carnival! Very cool artists perform 🥰 but on Sunday it's more pompous and food/drinks are included. In general, the hotel justifies its star rating! We are happy with our vacation🙌🏻❤️

Excellent hotel. Location, decent food. Seafood was available for lunch every day. I recommend it for families with children. There is a water park, heated pools! We stayed at this hotel several times. There is no animation as such, well, maybe this is a minus for some. We were not bored because we were with friends!

I came here after checking Xiaohongshu. The experience was really bad. I booked a one-night all-inclusive package for 1900, which is not cheap. The room equipment is very old, the sockets have fallen out, the food is not good, the room card is also broken, and it took more than two hours to heat the room before the air conditioner can be used.
