Hotel was nice, very busy, walk across the road to use the beach if sister hotel., small. bar on the beach for users of this hotel also.
Rooms big, mine smelt bad bathroom for first day, but this was dealt with second day and was fine.
2 nice swimming pools grounds very clean.
only problem. I found for such a big hotel, one restaurant for food breakfast lunch dinner, just too busy, but the staff worked very hard non - stop to keep the tables moving after guests had left, in fact all the staff everywhere even reception, it's very busy, but all worked really hard and we're very polite and helpful.
The wine was awful very watered down, the food was not the best breakfast was excellent though, and for the price of hotel I would expect better. I was there at Eid so possibly it's normally better but it was soooo busy in the dining hall.

Very responsive staff and friendly attitude. I especially liked the waiter's (I won't say his name, but it starts with the letter M) smile and great attitude. The hotel room cleaner made sure that my child had a surprise every day - an animal made of towels. Great!

We went some time ago but got myself to write now. We had an absolute great time. Good, rooms, quality of drinks and our main waiter Mohammed was in ire gold. Definitely recommend. Coming again this September

Excellent hotel, very family oriented. Has a large selection of facilities especially the Aqua park on site or you can chill by the swim up bar, there really is everting. Rooms are basic but spacious. The balconies are big and provide extra space. Customer service was outstanding especially Abdullah in the palm restaurant who went about and beyond to make our stay special. How excellent 1st class service needs to be recognised along with his warm friendly personas that puts everyone at ease and that welcoming smile. Also Mohammed in the aqua park bar made sure we were looked after always being super attentive. We couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. And if you do stay make sure to ask for Abdallah and Mohammed.

The rooms are really dissapointing, you can smell the uncleanliness of the mattress, and i have never slept on anything so uncomfortable. The room is very old and outdated with stains all over. The bath is ok for a shower, although not the best, but no way would i get a bath, its full of unwashable stains. No lifts in hotel. Food is ok, there is a variety but its warm at the best. Staff are really friendly. There are shops outside the hotel but dont expect to be allowed to go in for a browse as you get bothered with them trying to sell you things regardless of the amount of times you say 'no thank you'. Would 100% not recommend this hotel.
