The hotel is not worth its stars. The service is simply no good, when we asked to provide water for the child, the answer was, for an additional fee. Food, cleanliness, everything is 2 stars maximum

Although the hotel's best years are behind it, the staff keeps it clean and at a decent level. Beautifully located, right on the sea, with direct access to the reef and several pools, it is an ideal place for family vacations. Noteworthy are the friendly and helpful staff and the excellent cuisine. We found different dishes every day.

It was a happy and beautiful holiday with my family in this hotel, and I really enjoyed all my time with the room, the food, the performances presented by the animation team, and the dance shows. I loved the Indian show and the karaoke show very much. I participated and enjoyed all the activities with the animation, the best of them was the table tennis tournament. Was a bit worried to come to Egypt but he made us feel so comfortable and welcome, always had a big smile on his face and truly made our holiday amazing! "The hotel is a victim of its staff's poor treatment, starting from some receptionists to the extremely negligent cleaning staff. The hotel manager, however, is very polite and professional, and he took all the necessary measures to resolve the issues we faced, such as unclean rooms and bathrooms and the rude behavior of a reception staff member. After the first night, everything changed, and the cleanliness level improved significantly. Key highlights of the hotel include: * Free parking * Spacious rooms * One restaurant with a wide variety of food and amazing desserts * Numerous swimming pools with no overcrowding * A beach at another hotel belonging to the same group with a shuttle service provided Overall, the hotel just needs to retrain some of its staff to improve their interactions as they are the face of the hotel. All department managers in the hotel are professional; the problem lies with individual staff members and receptionists."
