Room was clean but bathroom was rusty and needs renovation. Location perfect for access to lots of beaches and coral reefs. Food is good somedays.

Night reception is really good. Location is really big problem, you have to use taxi all the time whereever you go. Room is good and clean but bathroom is really really bad.

Location is weird, doesn't feel like there's too much local. I was here for only the 2 days. Cannot fault the cleanliness or the facilities. The service was a little frustrating, having to pay extra to get access to my room earlier, then of course knowing that the room is already ready for me. The same could be found on check out.

This is a hotel for Arab locals to spend their holidays. I feel that the overall environment and the room decoration are quite nice, but it has fallen into disrepair and everything is shabby. It is good value for money. It is so cheap and all-inclusive. It is also very close to the mosque and the cliff bar by taxi. It is OK for a one-night stay, but not for a long-term stay. I am not used to the food. There are too few types of buffet. Meat and fruit are served by a special person there. Eggs are fried with water. It is too stingy. The service is good. The staff are quite enthusiastic. It is recommended for people with a low budget. If you have more budget, you should go to a better hotel for Europeans and Americans to spend their holidays...

We were in this hotel 4 times, this time was the best, in terms of service and food especially, they started feeding not in the catacombs as before, but in a good restaurant where music plays, air conditioning works, a variety of food, I don’t know what happened there, but I was very I was pleasantly surprised. We took all inclusive, but only food and soft drinks, everything was delicious and plentiful. The rooms are of course old, but they are gradually being renovated, you only sleep in them and not always 🤣, there is a mini refrigerator in the room, the air conditioning works, there was always hot water , a couple of times they turned off the water altogether, but not for long, some kind of pump broke. There are mosquitoes, but not enough, every other day they were poisoned by smoke. Ehab cleaned the pool every morning, the water was like fresh milk in it. There is a restaurant and a nightclub nearby, you can’t sleep interfered. Of course, I would like the cleaning to be done better and more often. Many thanks for the hospitality, to all the guys from the hotel, as well as to the management and managers, Mr. Tamer, Hassan, thank you all, we will definitely come again.

It's a full F/P hotel, cleanliness, kindness and service are perfect for these prices.
We were hesitant due to some comments, but for this price there is not even an all-inclusive hostel, the only downside is that it is far from the sea and they make transfers twice a day. I definitely recommend it. I will go again.
