The location is not very convenient, far from the center and this is the cost of a taxi. The food is monotonous. Rescues the aqua park and the internal restaurant. Was 5 nights on the 4th night began to drip the ceiling did not solve the problem. The internet worked intermittently. Bar with 100% cocktails. I put 4 out of 5. It doesn’t roll for 5 stars.

We went for 10 days and stayed at this hotel . Cleanliness at the hotel varied the grounds and gardens were kept to high standard and the reception and restaurant. The rooms were cleaned every day and towels swapped plus the bedding but bathroom were dated , cracked tiles and holes in ceiling and wall by hairdryer were repaired but not covered up also dirty walls in bathroom. Rooms were very spacious and air conditioning was really good . Pool area needs to have mats down as was very slippery when wet and was all had shiny tiling so recommend wearing beach shoes , beach was lovely as well but make sure take the beach shoes for the sea . The main restaurant food was nice and lot of choice but will struggle if vegatarian like me . We used the a la carte restaurant which we preferred of a night as less chaotic and a nicer experience. The French restaurant was our favourite we went 3 times . A special mention for Mohamed and sharms in the French restaurant. Also the cleaner Ahmed as also very helpful and happy . The only thing I would say is some of the pictures on the rooms not correct and a bit misleading but once we were there we enjoyed the hotel and staff were really nice .

I honestly can’t recommend Charmillion club resort enough. I was actually very worried when I booked it for my girlfriends birthday as there was limited pictures of food, not many videos on YouTube, Instagram or tik tok about what it was like at Charmillion club resort but after experiencing it I would recommend it to anyone. Ahmed the lifeguard honestly what a lovely man. He was incredibly helpful with any questions we had or even recommendations for out and about. Everyday he’d do some fancy art with our sun lounger towels as we come back from breakfast or lunch and he even went out of way to teach me a sentence of Arabic a day. That man needs a medal or a promotion I tell you. The rooms were lovely. Most people mentioned they were dated and I’d disagree I’d say for Egypt they are great for English going over there maybe could improve but nothing bad at all, the bed was absolutely massive, room was lovely and clean and again the staff were very kind to decorate the room for my girlfriends birthday with balloons, flowers etc. The food was absolutely fine an area I had read refuse about sickness and tummy bugs but the food cleanliness was high quality, so many choices available ( Italian, far east, Middle East, bbq, American, seafood) you name it they had it! Highly recommend with the ala carte options to try the Japanese and Lebanese. Wow wow wow! The views and the food absolutely stunning!! I can’t speak highly enough of Charmillion and my experience in Egypt. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Visited the hotel with friends in May 2025. I'm back to this wonderful place again. As always, everything was wonderful: friendly staff, delicious food, favorite red sea, beautiful reef, restaurants&bars, animation. Hotel is located in Nabk, so even in May the wind was strong and sometimes there was low tide in the sea. But it wasn't problem coz in this time u can swim on the pier or pool. All staff was friendly and always ready to help. Thanks to reception (Mahmoud Elsaadany and all others) . Charmillion is like a second home with big family. Hope to come back soon.

First time to Egypt and we stayed at this absolute cracker of a hotel. Checking in was swift whereupon we were assisted by a Porter to our room. The room whilst a little dated was huge and comfortable with a fabulous side view of the sea. We were in block 2, and it was so quiet and peaceful. Food was fabulous so much choice at the buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Although I did find it strange that the waiters wondered around in the morning with freshly squeezed juice that you had to pay for, bizarre when you are on an all inclusive. We mainly had lunch at the pool bar, which whilst not much variety was nice enough. We also took advantage of the free two visits to the al le carte restaurants, and we chose the Lebanese and the Seafood restaurant, just wow food a plenty and really tasty, the Lebanese was the favourite. The hotel and pool area was absolutely stunning and so clean, with all the staff working so hard. If I had to moan about anything it would be the entertainment around the pool was a little too loud, loved watching it all but it could be a little less loud. We would love to return with our family, and are already looking at dates for next year. Yep it up guys absolutely had a fantastic time.
