Charmillion Gardens Aquapark

Excellent few days. Great choice of food. Loved the day boat trip for snorkeling & diving of the reef, a real highlight. Plan to come back with my family. Next time I hope to make it on a excursion to the old town market - did not have enough this time round.

I had very bad experience first day when I checked in they have given me room in the room someone POO on the sink. And only good things is they have person called Ahmed who clean your room very nicely. Otherwise I wouldn’t go again because they don’t treat you nicely at reception or they don’t have great room view.

We liked the garden pool, Captain Hassan was saving the kids and people in the pool and the place was clean and it was very nice, a man with a big heart and above all very professional I have nothing to say about this gentleman , I hope to see him again next year because we will come back to see him again, he deserves it perfect

We stayed at Charmillion Gardens Aquapark and I am writing this to tell you that it was an amazing experience. I was amazed by how pleasant, helpful, and friendly the hotel's employees are, in general, and specifically Mahmoud Farahat at the reception, and Ahmed Sirag who was always available helping us around since we had my mother with us and she needed some extra help moving around. Your employees treated her like their mother and she was comfortable throughout the trip. Everybody was so helpful, guys at the pool, at the aqua park, at the restaurants, they spoiled the kids (and their grandmother) with attention. I do have a couple of notes though: 1- Please make the portions smaller at the buffet, it was a sad scene to see all this wasted food especially at the New Year's party, it makes more sense to make portions smaller since many end up trying something before realizing they don't like it and it ends up uneaten. 2- Please make Um Ali a daily dish! 3- We missed the wave pool, it needed maintenance during our five-day stay! Otherwise we felt at home, and the kids are still wearing the bracelet 🙂

Hotel Review We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The resort is massive and impeccably clean, which made it perfect for leisurely walks and exploring. Our room was spacious, accommodating five people comfortably, though it could use a little renovation. Unfortunately, we encountered an issue with towels—only two were provided, and despite requesting more several times over a couple of days, we never received them. Ultimately, we had to help ourselves from a housekeeping trolley, which wasn’t ideal. Most of our days were spent by the pools, and we’re incredibly grateful to the lifeguards Abdullah, Essam, and Gamal for ensuring our children’s safety while being kind and attentive, truly enhancing our experience. The drinks and cocktails were fantastic, and a special shoutout to Mahmoud, the wonderful barman, who made sure our glasses were always full and our evenings enjoyable. We also tried the spa facilities, including a Turkish bath and a massage. Unfortunately, the Turkish bath did not meet expectations, especially for someone who’s experienced better elsewhere. While the massage therapists were friendly and welcoming, the experience was far from relaxing due to constant noise, bed squeaking, and chatter. This is an area that requires significant improvement, though the staff themselves were lovely. The food was nice, but it became repetitive, especially at breakfast, where the options didn’t vary much. That said, the omelettes were delicious, and the cakes were absolutely amazing! The waitstaff throughout the resort were attentive and made us feel very welcome. However, the Italian restaurant was a disappointment; it left us with upset stomachs for a couple of days, which was unfortunate. On the brighter side, the entertainment was enjoyable, with activities like dancing lessons and a charming piana party on our last day adding a special touch to the stay. Overall, we had a great experience, and while there are areas for improvement, particularly in the spa and restaurant, the warm staff and lovely atmosphere made it a memorable vacation.

We stayed in Charmillion Gardens Aqua Park part of 3 hotels chain - Sea Life and Club to which you also have access. I want to highlight that Charmillion Gardens has the best service out of all three. If you stay there, eat in the Gardens restaurant, which is the best. People are kind, polite and will provide you with whatever you need. They always smile and are very friendly; Ibrahim serves the best tequila boom boom and special ones for kids too. The people in the Gardens made our stay unforgettable and made us fall in love with Egypt again. The room is a bit dated but very spacious; beds and pillows (if you like high) are comfortable. Be prepared for mosquitos, the first night we got so many bites that we had to change the room (the other room was much better and with fewer mosquitos). The water slides are great fun, open 10 am to 12 pm and 2 pm to 4 pm. Water in the swimming pools is on the warm side but not super warm. There is one swimming pool with cold water and the wave pool also has cold water. The closest beach is in the Sea Life where unfortunately the service was not great, especially at the beach bar the guys were rude. I would advise you to stay at the beach in the Club Hotel where the service is much better. The people working at the reception were very helpful in changing the room and the early check-in.
