Rehana Sharm Resort - Aquapark & Spa - Couples and Family Only

If you are looking for a place to spend 2 days it is pleasant, but for vacations unfortunately I do not recommend it, the cleaning is not good, the food is also not good, I found the service terrible, he does not care about the guest, if it is to take vacations and stay more than 2 days I do not recommend this hotel for vacations.

Our stay at the hotel was generally good. The rooms were fairly clean,thought the doors are quite old and the walls could use a fresh coat of paint. The staircase also needs some cleaning. The staff at the bar were friendly except the guy at the bar infront the lobby who was very rude and refused to give us a glass of ice, the reception staff need to be changed immediately NOT welcoming. An employee asked the bartender facing building no 2 for some water, the bartender replied "I'm dealing with guests the employee answerd him " forget about them " not realising that we are Lebanese and we understood Arabic . Food was good with a large varieties , special thanks to Mr. Anwar Fathi and Mr. Mahmmud yakout the only ones who were truly helpful and always had a pleasant smile. Check out is at 12 o'clock but we handed over the room around 10:30 and stayed at the hotel when we asked for 2 cups of gin they refused to give them to us and I believe I was right but when we talked to the manager we get what we wants. We paid for our service , that's their jobs we are not beggars.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Outdated, filthy, dusty, smelly. The first night there I was bitten by bed bugs and the rudest man at the reception audaciously claimed those were mosquito bites (as if I don’t know the difference). They changed our room and no more of such bites occurred again, however both rooms were nasty.. Dust and rust everywhere, sinks and showers blocked, mattress and furniture stained and smelly. The food wasn’t good either, I am sure most chefs had no training but simply have to improvise on the spot and therefore food is simply swimming in liquid that doesn’t even resemble sauce. I will add that there are many hard workers within the staff who try to keep the place tidy however so much is out of their hands. I think most positive reviews were left by animators. Personally for me, the holiday was ruined and I don’t as struggling to relax. I suggest to increase the budget and try another hotel!

The hotel, the facilities and the hotel staff were brilliant- it was one of the best holidays we've had. The reception staff were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. My mum is a wheelchair user and the reception staff took great care to look after us and accommodate our party in suitable rooms. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. The grounds and pools were very clean and attended to all the time. The housekeeping staff and security staff very helpful, kind and always smiling. The quality and the range of food in the restaurant was huge and delicious. But we took the biggest delight in the incredibly friendly, professional and supportive waiting restaurant staff- always attentive, welcoming, smiling, checking if we needed anything else, always supporting my mum, helping with the wheelchair in, out and around the restaurant, carrying plates for her- just TOP service, we couldn't have asked for more! Our special thanks and warmest greetings go to YOSRY and MAHMOUD who were ALWAYS there to assist, went extra mile and remembered we liked good, strong coffee, entertained us with anecdotes, stories and made us laugh at their jokes and tricks! Never again, place dated, dirty, poor food, and I’m not fussy. The place is just falling an apart. Worst holiday . I don’t know from where are the good reviews…. Probably from animators …
