There are a lot of mosquitoes in the place 😡 and the resort is noisy

Had an amazing 14 nights here with a warm welcome from Ahmed Hadidy who accompanied us when needed. He gave us great details and support when we asked. Other than the the staff and hotel was great and couldn’t be any better but Ahmed had made it extra special. Thank you Parrotel!

Just got back from parrotel lagoon, the hotel itself is great. Food could do with improvement. Pool fantastic and the lifeguards are spot on and looked after us. I found the hotel was kept clean. And rooms spacious, with options of a walk in shower and bath with shower good. Beds are lovely with huge big soft pillows. Room was cleaned daily and always smelt lovely.Pool bar is lovely and the staff looked after us well. Fun foam parties every few days.

I arrived at Parraotel and straight away i was greeted by amir who helped us check in and was amazing. I was then introduced to michael and ahmed hadidy who was the staff working at the reception they helped us amazingly. Ahmed hadidy has been amazing throughout our stay and has helped us with anything we have needed. He has went above and beyond with his services and couldnt ask for anything for me. Moving onto to remon who works at the piano bar, he has honestly been a pleasure throughout our stay and is someone to look forward to seeing during the day. He has also went above and beyond and treated us like his own. Ibrahim from the lobby bar has been amazing too he has gave us great entertainment and on the nights we found ourselves bored we had ibrahim to cheer us up with his magic tricks. Essam mohammad from security has also been so good. Last but not least abu ahmed who has been our personal driver supplied by parraotel has accommodated us throughout, thabkyou parraotell lagoon for you services.

Ahmed (hadidi) , remon (behind the piano bar) , micheal , esshan (security) and Abu ahmed (taxi) best people you could ask for they’ve made this trip proper good always caring making sure you were having a good time helpful all the time top lads enjoyed our time definitely will be back Abu ahmed - honestly the best taxi driver you can get he’s always helping us making sure you we get to destination safe and won’t leave until we are comfortably safe he’s not one of them ones who will scam you he is truly legit honestly top bloke Ahmed (hadidi) - the best person ever honestly helps you out anytime and any here honestly proper top bloke made our stay easy and simple Remon - top bloke good laugh Micheal - good laugh top bloke helps us with our stay

I absolutely love the hotel, lovely kind and hard-working staff entertainment every day day with a lot of games and tombola.The room was nice and clean.The food was not bad, but i enjoyed the Italian restaurant more. I just wanna thank Sameh the most he's an amazing, kind person he's always there for us And made our holiday so special.I will definitely visit again 🙏😊

Just got back from a week here. Loved it, such great staff who couldn’t do enough for us. Restaurant food was the same sort of thing most days but a lot to choose from. Italian was excellent and the manager Sameh was so nice (we actually went twice!) Bar staff couldn’t do enough for us and brought drinks over to us pool side and when we watched entertainment. Entertainment team worked really hard too! Overall it was good for us as we wanted a relaxing pool side holiday but there was also lots of reps to sort trips if you wanted. Biggest down side was the mosquitos so take lots of repellent!
