The hotel was very liked, the staff is friendly, the kitchen was also very liked, the pools are clean! the coral reef is beautiful, lively! we are very pleased that we chose it! the rooms are a little old but very comfortable, cleaned every day!

I would like to thank you for a wonderful vacation, it is a wonderful place to which you want to return again. I would like to especially thank your staff: * Mohamed, a bartender-waiter at the RIVERA restaurant; * Sad, who cleaned the apartments every day; * Mohamed, who helps guests carry towels and arranges the sunbeds. The apartments have an Egyptian style, are spacious, and towels are cleaned and changed every day. The main restaurant RIVERA has a variety of dishes for every taste and excellent service. A wonderful beach with a coral reef, towels are changed every day, cocktails in the bars for everyone's taste, from a small child to an adult. The hotel area is incredibly large and impeccably arranged. Every evening there are shows.

My wife and I visited the hotel in January 2025, nice hotel, undergoing ongoing renovations, very clean rooms and every day after the staff's visit, towel animals greeted us on the beds. The beds themselves are very comfortable, the rooms have everything you need for a holiday... a large wardrobe, a spacious room with a kettle, a fridge and a dressing table with a large mirror. The bathrooms are small but clean and fragrant. Next to the hotel there is a beautiful private beach with a coral reef leading to a pier. My wife and I are very impressed with the hotel service, everyone is very nice, smiling and helpful. Nice canteen with delicious food and very good service, first class waiters. The bartenders also know what they are doing and take care of every customer, they serve drinks and always ask if you need anything. The qualified lifeguards at the pool have everything under control and can see everything, they also help if you need anything, they always give you towels and they always smile :). The best animators are very cheerful. every morning they conduct stretching exercises, then Zumba, various competitions and games such as darts, volleyball and others. they also organize nightly trips to the club for dancing and we had a great time with them at the piano party organized in the hotel. I will really miss this crew and I will always remember them all fondly, hoping that we will be able to come back and see them again, have fun with them and have some fun. Thanks to such people, you feel as if you were not on an ordinary vacation, but on the BEST HOLIDAY WITH FRIENDS. The hotel is in a good location, close to the airport and Namma Bay or Soho. The service is great everyone is friendly and helpful. The facility is very large, has 3 swimming pools and many restaurants. The beach is really big and everyone will find a place. The best animators entertain guests during the day and in the evening. Animator Ali is the best. I highly recommend choosing this hotel

The whole hotel was a 10/10. Honestly no complaints at all. This is really a hidden gem. The food was so vast and had a lot of variety for anyone. I would recommend the all inclusive experience here as you will not be disappointed. For the first time ever I want to go back to a hotel straight away
