Очень уютный и чистый отель. Очень вкусная еда, особенно выпечка. Персонал невероятно доброжелательный и внимательный. Отель расположен прямо на берегу моря. Море теплое, чистое. Рекомендую отель к посещению. Это моя вторая поездка в этот отель и с каждым разом он становится только лучше.

在攜程上搜尋赫爾格達附近的酒店，發現30%多的人都是選在松麻被，於是我就選在了索納貝附近的這一家評分比較高的酒店結果坐車到了赫爾格達以後發現酒店竟然離赫爾格達市中心有50公里的距離由於到了已經非常晚根本找不到出租車司機於是協商想把酒店退掉。經過攜程協商很久也沒有能有結果。於是我們在這兩個小時內在車站聯繫了好幾位司機，終於找到了一位這一司機開車晃晃蕩盪大晚上的走高速公路非常危險，排到一半這個司機要去加油，到了加油站我們下車發現有一股異味再低頭一看車已經在冒煙了給加油站的工作人員嚇得半死連忙把車推離加油站我們心驚膽戰給了這個司機300I棒讓他趕緊走我們又在加油站等車等了很久終於找到了一輛埃及高速公路晚上是一點燈都沒有，大貨車全部都是超載，你靠近他行駛的時候就會聞到一股輪胎被燒焦的皮子味兒，隨時都有可能翻車或撞到旁邊驚心動魄的終於到了前台已經是晚上10點多前台竟然説已經取消了我當真想罵人，你取消了你為什麼不早點跟攜程説我大老遠的跑過來，你説取消了我到哪裡找地方住又跟攜程聯繫終於給我們找了一個房間跟我原來訂的房間完全不一樣是在一個跟主樓和泳池完全不在一起的單獨的一棟剛蓋的樓這棟樓甚至電梯也沒有還有工人正在旁邊白天那邊的施工樓的旁邊就是一個化糞池，特別的臭。好吧，太晚了，在附近什麼酒店都沒有，於是我們衹有上去。剛準備洗洗睡了，發現酒店的床單竟然都沒有換，掀開裏面毛髮，各種不明物體全部散落其中在背的腳的部位還有很多被鞋子壓的空氣於是我沒有聯繫攜程想要換一套床單因為也找不到別的地方住了結果攜程溝通的結果是他們的客房不下班了不給換但是這樣根本睡不了我們怕得傳染病於是我們又跑到很遠的他的主樓去找他們的前台要一套床單過來我們打算自己換結果這一會兒他們又説有床單了找個人過來給我們換了我們現場跟服務人員展示了床單上的毛髮和一些不明物體酒店的工作人員看了以後也覺得挺噁心的畫完了之後終於收拾完也已經大概2點了。由於給我們的房間和之前預訂的不一致，所以我希望換回原來那種房型，但是他們跟寫成説的結果就是那個房型已經滿了，給我升級了房間，但這並不是升級的，因為房子雖然説是正在裝修像是新房但沒有電梯我們住在4樓上樓非常麻煩而且離主樓泳池非常遠，下海游泳都非常非常不方便，我之前訂的房間就在泳池旁邊，推門就可以下泳池游泳，這完全不是一個樣子，但是酒店的經理卻跟攜程説他是升級的房型，我真的嚴重懷疑他在忽悠人。但是確實也沒有別的地方可以住周圍的酒店全部都滿了這裏新裝修的味道超級大你從外面一進去就感覺眼睛刺的睜不開為了不繼續當人體甲醛吸收劑我們第2天沒有住滿就走了。在説餐時，這個酒店的主餐廳有餐食，但是不衞生，我們的孩子吃完他這裏的水果之後就得了腸胃炎， 而且蒼蠅到處亂飛，這裡有幾個特別餐廳，但是都是需要提前預訂的，而我們辦入住的時候根本沒有任何的人哪怕跟我們説一句連這個酒店的各種設施的單子介紹都還是我們自己找到的所以説可以説完全沒有服務。最後在這個酒店兩天我沒有看到一箇中國人哪怕是亞洲人。這也可能是為什麼這個酒店經理不太重視我們反饋問題的原因吧，因為根本沒有亞洲人住這裏。這裏的景色沒有什麼問題，但是衞生狀況真的非常堪憂，而且對於房型的這種安排可以説是非常的不合理。
