it's a fabulous staying there, the reception manager a gentle man received me well, he said I hoped you would come again, this is your family stay, we will wait you again, it's a life.time memory. my stay there there was only one Chinese family in the whole hotel, I felt so honored. it's a magic and gorgeous country and hotel. thanks! if chances, I would visit there

The service staff is very friendly. The hotel environment is also very good. However, the facilities in the room are too old, and the food tastes average. Airport pick-up service is provided. It seems that no one maintains the tennis court and mini golf course.

Without forgetting Abou Raslan for boat trips and excursions without forgetting Mina and Adel.

I traveled in August with my mother and daughter. It was our sixteenth visit to Egypt. The hotel did not surprise us, it was as we expected according to the reviews of other guests. The rooms are excellent, sea view is great, the services are excellent, the gardens are well maintained. I highly appreciate the separation of the part of the beach for adults only. BUT I have two comments. The first is that I agree with those guests who were not satisfied with the food ( except of breakfast ). It was possible to choose, but that would not be enough for such a great hotel as a rating. So there is space for improvement. And the second reminder, it concerns the part of the beach for adults and the fact that the entrance to the sea and the surrounding area, the concrete parts could be made much more aesthetic and safer, and the blue fences already know their age. The fact that there are no corals and fish in the sea cannot be influenced by the hotel. If these comments were accepted by the hotel, it would certainly improve the quality of the stay. Although, even this did not deter us from buying a trip in the same hotel next year :-)

This is not my first time to visit this hotel. I have only a nice memories of this place. Hotel is very nice, staff also. Special regards to the Mena Amged and Tadros Lotfy. All staff in general are special kind and polite. Special regard also to the guy who was cleaning my room. He was cleaning my room last year also. Food for me was better last year, but I can't say that it was not good. Last year it was a little more European than this year. Beach OMG, the best beach in all Egypt. I visited a lot of hotels in Egypt but this hotel have the best beach. I am coming back next year also. All together 10/10

24/7 Clinic PALM ROYALE November 2024 Feedback and Thanks for Dr. Ahmed M. Abd Elgwad !! I would like to thank to Dr. Ahmed M. Abd Elgwad and his assistances for execelent care during our stay at Palm Royal Hotel in Egypt from November 7th to 14th. Dr. Ahmed proved to be not only an excellent professional but also an empathic college l who truly cares about the well-being and comfort of the hotel guests. In particular, I am extremely grateful for his assistance in treating a stubbed pinky toe injury during kitesurfing and for his effective care during a severe case of food poisonin- Pharaoh got me :( Thanks to his prompt response and expert treatment, we were able to recover quickly and continue enjoying our vacation. After 2h I had foot x-ray, the feet was not broken and I could go kitesurfing for the next day. Fast diagnosis and treatment! Once again, thank you, Dr. Ahmed M. Abd Elgwad, for everything.
