Poor hotel for a holiday. It was my 20th visit to Egypt over the last 6 years, so I have a comparison because I have stayed in 3, 4 and 5 star hotels. First of all, you can smell cigarette smoke everywhere - outside the hotel building, there are smokers everywhere and the beach itself is dirty with cigarettes. Deckchairs on the beach are "reserved" in the evening, the day before. In the morning at 8 there are almost no free sunbeds, workers on the beach turn a blind eye to it for money. The cuisine is aimed only at meat eaters, vegetarians are screwed - seriously. The free internet in the lobby does not work. Finally, the creme de la creme is when guests log out after starting only on the 7th day, which was supposed to be fully usable. You lose your all-inclusive wristband, your room and only dinner on a voucher from the reception. When I talk to the receptionist that it is not in accordance with the contract, they lie and blame it on Tui. I spoke to a Tui employee and he confirmed the hotel's lie. Bathrooms are old and moldy. The hotel service was fine, the hotel itself was clean and cleaned regularly. I certainly don't recommend it.

It was so amazing !! The Service was Great and the People are so friendly . We had a Massage , which was really relaxing !! I can only recommend the hotel We were on a Great Party with cool People It's great for couples but also families to experience a lot and enjoy the nice hospitality

Our experience was overall favourable. The hotel room needs renovation especially the bathtub and the shower whose water flow was very poor despite the intervention of the plumbers. Air conditioning and isolation great. Well furnished also The pools are indeed very nice and so is the sea and sunbeds Food edible but not 4 *. Staff very willing to resolve problems especially Sherif Arafa as Life Guard and Mahmoud Hassan at reception. WiFi sucks and is also charged. Generally speaking, recommended

Dirty rooms and bathroom. Its hard to find somebody who speaks english. The whole place needs renovation ASAP. Food is ok but nothing fancy. Lots of islam people with families, Czechia , Germans, Russians and few Pols. Wont be back here ....

Loved the beach and sunsets! Lots of good food and nice staff, especially animation and reception staff. Hotel went on renovation during our stay, that was bit disturbing! Energic and fun Animation group 👌🏻 Agamy 😍 Enjoyed their shows!

The hotel is quite spacious with different hotels belonging to the same company around. The beach is sandy, has different pools and amenities. Location by the sea is beautiful. Buffet was decent with plenty of choices including bbq. Good selection of desserts. Although the room was quite big, I was upgrade to a suite with jacuzzi and living room, it was quite aged. The hotel seems old inside and needs an upgrade sooner than later. The hotel has many birds around which poo around it. Terraces and balconies have bird poo 100% of the times. The restaurant does not have lactose free or plant based milk. It’s a pity I could not enjoy my coffee.

One of the most disappointing experiences ever. On the first day, our room was flooded with water, and the AC was not working, making the room unbearably hot. There was also a terrible smell from the bathroom spreading in the whole the room. On the 3rd day there was bumping since 7 am coming from the AC duct that was constant till returning back from breakfast although we reported more than once. The food quality and variety were both a little poor. Staff are not cooperative at all, not even smiling, only Mr Adel in the restaurant was more than welcoming. Overall, the service was bad, and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone, don’t ruin your vacation. I will never stay here again.
