It was the first time in Egypt. The hotel has a lot of opportunities to have a very good holiday eith the family. The pools, the beach and the restaurants are one of the best, what I have ever seen. Special thanks for Mr Salah, who is the best waiter, I have ever meet🍻😅. The service in the restaurant was outsranding.

The staff at the resort is very nice. Specifically a guy named Fahd. always with a smile on his face, nice, very smart and hardworking. We thank him for always having everything we wanted. he is the best. thank you

It was our second time in Egypt and this resort was better than the other one in every way possible. We had amazing food, we are an european group of 7 people and a baby and we all found something to eat that was good to our taste. Clean rooms, friendly staff nice entertainment. I would reccomend.

We had a fantastic experience at Seven Seas Jolie Bay in Safaga! The hotel is beautifully maintained, with clean and modern rooms, gorgeous views, and a calm, relaxing atmosphere. The beach is just steps away—clean, quiet, and perfect for snorkeling or just enjoying the sun. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Special thanks to the guest relations team and the bar staff—they really made us feel welcome. The animation team kept things fun during the day with beach games and shows in the evening. The food was great with a wide selection at the buffet and à la carte restaurants (especially the Italian and Asian). The all-inclusive package offers real value for money. Everything was fresh, and the service in the restaurants was always attentive. The pool and aqua park were perfect for both adults and kids, and the spa treatments were relaxing and professional. Overall, we had an amazing holiday and would definitely come back again. If you’re looking for a clean, family-friendly, and well-run resort on the Red Sea, this is the place to go!

Location is good. Facilities are good. Some areas (rooms, specially bathroms, beach/pool bathrooms, ...) need more care & maintenance. General cleanless, needs more attention The main issue: Staff, not professional, specially in customer care / guest relation , needs more training. Special treatment needed for front desk staff and restaurants reservation staff. As a result, This Hotel is "Not good value for money"
