Seven Seas Jolie Bay - Ultra All Inclusive

We were very satisfied with our trip. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, the food was delicious with a wide variety and plenty of fresh vegetables and fruits. The drinks were also very good. The pool water was clean and pleasantly warm. The beach was located right at the end of the hotel’s garden, equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas. The waiters gladly served drinks on the beach as well. Our favorite waiter, Mustafa Farag, deserves special mention, as he attentively fulfilled our every wish. The Italian evening at the à la carte restaurant was absolutely wonderful, and the food there was also delicious. We also had a fantastic time at the foam party and the pool party, which the children especially loved. All in all, we spent a wonderful week in Egypt at the Seven Seas Jolie Bay Hotel.

I recently spent an amazing holiday at this hotel in Egypt, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Everything was well-organized — clean rooms, beautiful surroundings, and a truly relaxing atmosphere. But what made my stay truly special was the fantastic service at the snack bar. I’d love to give a special shoutout to Ibrahim, Fahed, and Hamdy — the friendliest and most professional team I’ve ever met! Every day, they prepared delicious, refreshing drinks with great care and genuine smiles. Whether it was a morning ice coffee, refreshing drinks throughout the day on the beach or a cocktail by the pool in the afternoon, everything was made perfectly and served with such warm energy. Despite the intense summer heat and a large number of guests, their service was always fast, attentive, and full of positivity. It was truly impressive to see how dedicated and kind they remained, no matter how busy it got. Their hospitality is something you’ll remember long after the vacation ends. Just like the title said, it was a very bad experience i don’t want to experience again and don’t want to go to this hotel again. Starting with the arrival to the hotel, the lobby was so crowded and the air conditioning was terrible. I came from a 6 hour drive with our family in the car very tired and needed just to sit and relax while completing the check-in process but the reception was very crowded and we had to stand and couldn’t find any seat even for the girls. Next thing we booked sea view rooms, but when we got into our room we found that it is only a side sea view and the view was mostly on the garden. The air conditioning for the rooms and the restaurant was very bad, imagine the hot weather of Egypt in the middle of the summer in august and the air conditioning is very poor that i was sweating in the restaurant while eating, or in the room where the temperature doesn’t go lower than 24-6 which is still hot. Another problem was how hard it was to find an umbrella or a beach lounge to sit and relax on the beach or put your towels while swimming in the sea. This problem happened on the beach and the pool and it was very frustrating i felt like im in a public beach not a private one for a respectable hotel. The staff at the bars and the restaurant were not generous with the drinks or the snacks, they would give me have the cup empty and call it a drink ???? Overall the experience was very poor and unpleasant, I wouldn’t recommend that hotel and I wouldn’t go there again as there are a lot of hotels in hurghada that I have been to that are much much better with much better prices and facilities. everything was very ok, and the boy Mohamee Ahmed, who worked on the beach was very hospitable and very hardworking. he should be promoted because he is a hardworking boy
