Thank you very much for your friendly service all week. We stayed at the Aqva Modu hotel for a week, but from the beginning, my partner and I felt the most friendly hospitality in the bbüfé bar, which is closer to the sea court. Despite the 38 celsius, we had no reason to complain. Thank you both very much. I hope we will have a chance to meet again. The two of them should be the example for the entire hotel. Thank you for everything. ☺️😁

I came back from a vacation in this hotel a week ago... The hotel was beautiful, I was very satisfied with all the services, the program created by the animation team was amazing except for one terrible experience with a long man in market, his communication was terrible and disrespectful towards me as a guest .

We spent two weeks at Aqua Mondo Resort, and while our vacation started off well—with a boat trip and quad biking—the overall experience was disappointing. The food was average, and although the hotel is suitable for families, it’s not the best choice. Our main issue arose when we booked a private trip to Luxor through the taxi office at the reception. On the way, we stopped for a restroom break, and while my wife and son waited in the car, the driver inappropriately tried to get my wife's number and made unwanted advances. My wife didn’t tell me at the time to avoid conflict, but she informed me about it after we left Egypt. This was truly disgusting and left us feeling violated. We will not return to this resort, and I advise others not to use the taxi service in the hotel. I have submitted a complaint to our travel agency, which will forward it to the tourism police. If you’re traveling with your family, please be cautious and don’t trust these people

It was very beautiful here and we enjoyed it very much. The staff was also very good, we always had a clean room. The food in the restaurant was also great and even if you are picky eater like me you can always find something good. The animators were also amazing, there was always a program by the pool or in the evening for adults and children. There are plenty of shops around the hotel and there are about two right in the hotel. You can also go on excursions which you arrange with your delegate and we really enjoyed them.

Today we returned from the Aqua Mondo hotel. We are delighted with the whole stay. The staff is great, the food too. The service is excellent, I would especially like to highlight the attitude of Ibrahim and Adham. In addition to their excellent attitude, they were also fun. I would like to praise Hamdy for his excellent service at the pool bar. And in order not to forget to praise the excellent food, I told the chef personally before leaving.

the hotel is not particularly good, the food is average, you have to set up the umbrellas at the bar yourself, the reception staff are ok but nothing special. Drinks terrible, plastic cups dirty. sea ok, pools dirty. Wifi only works in the lobby.

Amazing place, super food, servis so kind, nice beach with send, super trouper kind and friendly animation team. Room reeves also so good, every day cleaning, every day new wathers. We didn’t have any problems. Amazing activites in pool and night programs was so good as well..

The food is amazing ... The rooms are so oo oo clean ... The beach is sandy and so good ... The staff are really nice ... And the animation team is super active .... A lot of activity done every day ... The night shows are perfect ... I recommend it highly for families
