Disorganized and BRIXIA customer service assistant of poor quality. I did not have a good experience at all regarding customer assistance. The BRIXIA customer service manager Ramadan was never available. I approached him on two occasions, and each time he responded hurriedly, as if any request was a bother to him. I left Italy alone and I expected that, in a resort with an Italian-speaking assistant, there would be some effort to involve me in activities with other Italian guests. This was not the case. I spent the first five days on a beach that was frequented only by Polish guests, with whom it was impossible to interact due to the language barrier. I discovered on my own that there was a section of the beach dedicated to activities with Italian guests. On New Year's Eve, I had to make do in order to participate in the dinner, as the seating was not organized according to room numbers. When I arrived at the restaurant, I was not assigned a table. I had to arrange something on my own and ended up sitting with two guests I had met at the airport in Malpensa. At the party under the tent, despite a table being reserved, the seats were already taken, and I spent New Year's Eve outside the resort, in a bar. This was an absolutely negative experience. One to forget.
