Today is my last day and i have to say it has been truely fantastic experience. The choice of food is increbible and the different restuarants offer great food and service. The staff never stop to meet every need you have. I never once had to ask for anything they anticipate every need in a professional manner. This is my 8th time in Marsa Alam and by far this has been the best experience. The hotel is immaculate, the staff so attentive. If i have to give a suggestion the prices in the spa are very high, actually more expensive that at home in Italy. Thanks again to all the team for a memorable stay and for all the work you put in for the christmas gala dinner, well done all of you.

One of the best hotel in marsa alam All was good , we booked 3 rooms deluxe with sea view , rooms are big enough and very clean Food is very delicious and healthy and variety also Very tasty cocktail Very nice beach for snorkeling and diving with the center by the beach

Very nice place , it's my first time to see hospitality like this All staff and managers are friendly and helpful. A lot of swimming pools and are heated Four ALA carte restaurant and main restaurant. Best of them is the oriental one I recommend this hotel to everyone

Steigenberger resort alaya is one of the best hotel in red sea . All staff are friendly and helpful food is very tasty And lot of variety Very good service with awesome atmosphere specially the oriental night on Friday Very nice beach and alot of swimming pools

We have been in alaya for second time in this year. We will come back for sure in next year. Staff are making great job, and they are always friendly and helpful. Room cleaning was perfect. We tried in all restaurants and We like sea food so much. It was really nice

We had great experience in steigenberger Alaya. The location is very nice with great view. Staff is making great job. Service by the pool and beach was top. We will come back for sure. Room is very nice and well cleaned by our room boy.Food is also good

Alaya is really top hotel. We were for second time there, and everything is perfect. Our room was clean with nice view, and room boy was making great job, with different decorations every day. Also we had dinner by basilico and Mashawi, food and service was top. Service was nice and people are making great job. Thank you for everything that they made for us. We will come back
