Very good hotel
Clean rooms
Check-in and check-out process was perfect
Pools and aqoa were amazing but there is no deep pool all the pool is 90cm hight which is not good for me.
The food variety is limited in some meals
The animation team is very good at night but not very active in the morning.
I would like to thank MR kerolous from the receiption team and MR Adel rhe head of food and beverages for their professionalism and their politly way.

Feels home again with best time in my free time , nice rooms and big and they renew all rooms , food tastes as usual and the stuff so friendly and become a family with us , the animation team did great new year event great show , and they are nice and friendly thanks a lot for making our holiday super good , and will come next time with my family.

We were there in Nov23 wit a group of +20 people from whom the most were divers. The hotel is quite nice, good rooms and the food is quite ok. If I compare it with the Happy Life resort then the food is better at this hotel. We had some kids present also and they enjoyed the swimming pool with glides a lot. Diving center was ok, everything was as expected and as arranged up front.

Good hotel, good people, good food, good pool, welcoming people and yummy drinks, nothing to complain about. Good bananas, and fruits. Good new years celebration, everything was delicious and nice decorations. Would recommend it to everyone

everything was good here. The Staff is very friendly and they help you in every way. The Hotel is very beautiful and relaxing. There are a Part only for children with slides. The food was good too. And the service was very funny and very friendly. Our room clean everyday with new towel The hotel clean and the beach Garden are beautiful with nice flower Guest relation helpfully So we found new friends and it was a very nice trip and we will come Back!

So beautiful hotel and so nice we will come back of course animation is really amazing all the activity so good they have some really sport animation so make a water polo volleyball football match and also the kids club for the kids and the restaurant is so good. It’s called inside. Every day she have different food and different kind of food and all the sweet so beautiful sweets I swear I never see sweets like this in this world oh my God we will come back to this hotel of course of course of course

We went as 3 families ,great hotel nice clean and cosy . Food choice good but sweets are super artificial flavours… too sweet . Rooms are great . Location from airport great , staff friendly and not too pushy ( except Adam from spa - good salesman but annoying sometimes ) Foam party great but should be more kids entertainment overall.
