Yes it's true, it was amazing holiday. Started by warm welcoming by the Front Office team leaded by Mr Khaled El Gaafary, the Rooms Division Manager. Once you step in the Hotel you feel the top cleanliness and fresh smell in all the public areas (Lobby and toilets). The rooms were spacious and top cleaned by the very friendly houseman Mahmoud. The landscape like the Paradise and you can enjoy the open air hammock between the palm trees. We enjoyed very much The heated swimming Pool and the freshing drinks from the Bar which served by super friendly barman Mahmoud. The food at the main Restaurant is really tasty and you will find a lot of variety, special thanks for Chef Wael and all the kitchen chefs who is doing amazing efforts during the meals time. A very special thanks to Mr Mohamed Hassan, The Food and Beverage Manager, for his warm welcoming at the restaurants and care about your any food or special drinks requests. He is always asking you if you need anything more than what's available in the buffet and really caring about us and all the clients. We enjoyed the holiday very much and it worth what we paid. The hotel impressed us, everything was perfect. The food was absolutely delicious, everything! A wide variety of everything, and the grilled specialties were especially exclusive. The staff was very friendly and entertained us often. We really enjoyed our time there. Especially the team at the Plateau bar and the team at the bar located in the lobby (part of the Sakura restaurant). The rooms were very spacious and clean. The cleaning was always quick and precise – thank you. The pool bar and the pools were also fantastic. The resort offered a large selection of activities and excursion options. Wi-Fi worked throughout the entire hotel. The hotel provided all the necessary information. We never had any problems. The beach and the sea were beautiful, exactly as described on the hotel website. The water was clear, enchanting, and full of little fish. We also really enjoyed the resort because we could walk along the coast outside the resort and reach Coraya Bay, where swimming was even better. On the way, we could see many other resorts from the Jaz group and other activities/sports, which inspired us for future visits. Thank you, we had a wonderful time and will definitely return!

In my opinion it is beaufoful place. Great people, very friendly, good service, delicious food. Animators - they entertained people. They were very nice. At the pool the waiters were very helpful. Awua aerobics and trainer Karem and Mohamed from the reception - irreplaceable. I highly recommend it.

I went to Egypt for a week with a friend. We chose Jaz Grand Marsa. Very friendly and helpful staff. Large and beautifully clean complex. Beautiful swimming pools where you can find both hustle and bustle. The outdoor jacuzzi is not hygienic. It seems like there is no alcohol in the beer, wine and cocktails. The beach was less. Advice is to walk to Coraya Bay via the beach. 10 min. Beautiful bay with enough sunbeds. Entertainment in the evening was not our thing. But tastes differ, I'll say. Plenty of choice in terms of food, but very lukewarm. Too bad. After a week all inclusive it's over again. The hustle and bustle and bad acoustics in the restaurant were not pleasant. Outside terrace very dark at the table in the evening. Not much to do outside the complex. An evening in Port Galhib is nice. Only new construction, which means it has little character. When it is still cold in the Netherlands, Egypt is a sun-sure recommendation and it is good to stay in this hotel. I give an average of 8.
