One of the best hotels in Port Ghalib, if not the best. It lives up to its name “palace” quite aptly.
Pleasantly surprised by the kindness, gentleness and availability of the staff.
The all inclusive is rather stunning. Even during the day at the beach you are served on your deckchair.
The food is quite repetitive but it is so abundant and differentiated that you can eat different things every day. However, I think that for trips of two weeks or more this could be a problem.
Small downside for the spa. Prices are at the customer's discretion. I imagine that the owner(s) of the spa are different from the hotel. Ultimately I didn’t subscribe to any treatment.
I would go back.

This is stilll a great place to go to. Unfortunately the Palce is loosing its premium status a bit with people from the other hotels at the pool, loud entertainment during the day and the food becoming less special. Shame PickAlbatross is not picking up on the trend for quieter hotels, like adults only or less noise, which would make for a more relxing holiday.

Hotel is very comfotable, has beautiful gardens and beach. I love snorkeling by the coral rafe. The entertiment team make a graet job to give us the best time during out vacation. You can't be bored drink stay. A lot of restaurants, bars make your vacation delicious.

The hotel Is quite superb. The food Is exquisite and staff friendly. The only flaw is the pool opossite the Olive restaurant. It should be reconstructed and water in it Is a little dirty. The hotel itsel is build like maze, but after a few days, you will learn how to navigate 🙂 Othervise, perfect!!!

Great hotel and service in all areas. Very polite, friendly and attentive staff who cater to every need you might have. The rooms were equipped very nicely and comfortably and the cleaning staff always did a very good job in tidying and cleaning everything, shoutout to Noaman here! He also gave us small surprises like fresh mint for boiling tea or he made very beautiful and creative arrangements with the towels in our room, and somehow he also managed to make our room smell amazing every day. The service felt very personal and made you look very much forward to returning to the room after a day spent on the beach. Also all the amenities and the food were fine, although sometimes there could have been a bit more variety with the food. But still everything was very delicious and we enjoyed it very much. We had a very relaxing and nice time at the hotel and felt very well taken care of by everyone from the team, thank you all!

Hotel at the level! Perfect cleanliness thanks to Mr. Karim Kemo, who takes care of every detail. The rooms are sparkling, the service is nice, the stay is a pleasure. I definitely recommend coming and I encourage you to use all these services beautiful hotel and very nice service

The rooms were clean. The food was delicious. The staff and entertainment team were very friendly and kind. There vere many things to do at The hotel. Wverything was great. There was fantastic Holiday here. We Will come back here. 😍😍🥰🥰🤩🤩😘🤩🥰😍
