One of the best hotels in Port Ghalib, if not the best. It lives up to its name “palace” quite aptly.
Pleasantly surprised by the kindness, gentleness and availability of the staff.
The all inclusive is rather stunning. Even during the day at the beach you are served on your deckchair.
The food is quite repetitive but it is so abundant and differentiated that you can eat different things every day. However, I think that for trips of two weeks or more this could be a problem.
Small downside for the spa. Prices are at the customer's discretion. I imagine that the owner(s) of the spa are different from the hotel. Ultimately I didn’t subscribe to any treatment.
I would go back.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are excellent and respectful, but the hotel's location is on a hill and very tiring, and there is only one transportation vehicle, and the water in the bathroom is weak and sometimes cuts off, and the pools are far from the family rooms, and the food is not varied and not suitable for a hotel of this level

The staff are very friendly and polite, prudent. Rooms are spacious, cozy and clean. Convenient location, varied menu. Animation is at the highest level especially Dino Guilia and you don't get bored. Every night is a fascinating and interesting programme. I'll definitely be back at this hotel again. I'll recommend this fancy hotel. Thank you❤

We booked 3 rooms (3 adults and 6 children) and we were very delighted at the warmth and kindness of the staff, be it at reception, pools, spa, restaurants, beach, housekeeping etc, the staff was very friendly, welcoming, helpful and we are definitely coming back :-) The cleanliness of the rooms was perfect (Thank you Mahmoud Fuly!) and our 6 children had an absolute blast at the pools and couldn’t get enough virgin Mojitos and Pina colada at the bars ;-) Arriving at the hotel, we were welcomed by smiley Amr who helped us with our luggage and explained us where things were located. The food was excellent and varied and everyone could find something to fit please their tastebuds. The beach is beautiful, snorkeling was wonderful and the days were very relaxing. The entertainment offer was great and the children had a great time! We can only highly recommend Palace/Oasis and Sands trio Hotel, on the one hand the infrastructure, food, amenities etc were excellent but what made the experience perfect was the people working at the 3 hotels❤️friendly, smiley, welcoming, thank you for this beautiful week!
