One of the best hotels in Port Ghalib, if not the best. It lives up to its name “palace” quite aptly.
Pleasantly surprised by the kindness, gentleness and availability of the staff.
The all inclusive is rather stunning. Even during the day at the beach you are served on your deckchair.
The food is quite repetitive but it is so abundant and differentiated that you can eat different things every day. However, I think that for trips of two weeks or more this could be a problem.
Small downside for the spa. Prices are at the customer's discretion. I imagine that the owner(s) of the spa are different from the hotel. Ultimately I didn’t subscribe to any treatment.
I would go back.

The rooms were clean. The food was delicious. The staff and entertainment team were very friendly and kind. There vere many things to do at The hotel. Wverything was great. There was fantastic Holiday here. We Will come back here. 😍😍🥰🥰🤩🤩😘🤩🥰😍

This is very nice hotel I am here with my family and friend for one week we like it here. Second time in Egypt we was in Hurgada before and we like it here better. Here you can find very good Shopping in the marina. We will love to comeback. The ambience here is very nice

This a very good vacation in egypt. We go on trips to hurgada and we like it very nice. We go to snorkelen and diving and horse raiding. It all was very nice. The shows and the animation team parties are very good choise for entertainment. There is different restaurant when you can have differentmenu's.

Very nice hotel. I am here in vacation for one week. The hotel is very big and with a great atmosphere for family with kids. The service is super and the personal is very friendly like family. There is a big pool like lagoon and there is a yeti for snorkeling and watching delfin and turtles. I am very happy here.

Everybody is so nice here. Good food, good rooms, good People, great animators ＜3 everyday we are doing diffrent activites with the animatora which is great option to spend our free time, dancing salsa, doing Aqua aerobic. Also the aquapark is asstonishing.
