Great hotel, food selection extensive with catering for all tastes . Rooms are very clean and great size. View of gardens and pool area are wonderful. All of the staff are really friendly and helpful. Evening entertainment varied and good. Will definitely return.

This was our 9th time at this hotel. We had a wonderful time. The staff as usual couldn't do enough for us to make our stay brilliant, from the groundsmen up to management who would always welcome you when they saw you. There was always plenty to choose from in the restaurant even for the pickiest of eaters. Always delicious. On the beach during the day there are 3 huts where you can get snacks, drinks & pizza. The beach restaurant at lunch have amazing food & staff. The rooms are lovely and big, cleaned daily with amazing towel art. From our room we had a sea view & we could watch the sun rise every morning. The reef is amazing for snorkeling which we loved. There is a dive centre which was always very busy. The animation team worked very hard & Sonic always had time to stop & chat.. We will be returning next year.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Jaz Lamaya Hotel in Marsa Alam. One of the absolute highlights of our vacation was the impeccable service we received from our favorite beach waiter, Abanoub. He stood out with his kindness, attention to detail, and genuine friendliness. He truly became a friend for life, always ready to share interesting conversations and jokes, making our beach days even more enjoyable. Positives: +The house reef was incredible, with a vibrant and diverse underwater world that provided hours of snorkeling fun. + All the staff members were always smiling and friendly, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. + The beach service was excellent – we never had to worry about a thing, and our needs were always anticipated. + The room service was outstanding, ensuring our room was always clean and comfortable. + The SSI diving school directly at the hotel was very convenient, making it easy to explore the underwater beauty of Marsa Alam. + The entire hotel complex was clean, well-maintained, and beautifully landscaped. Negatives: - The only downside was the persistent advertising at the beach for spa treatments and quad tours in the area, which could be a bit annoying at times. - Even though the food was delicious and natives most likely don't have problems with it, we experienced stomach issues (diarrhea, fever) ourselves and heard it from many people. Overall, we highly recommend the Jaz Lamaya Hotel! If you stay here, make sure to say hi to Abanoub – he'll make your holiday extra special! :)

The Jaz Lamaya Resort is a beautiful hotel with a great location in Coraya Bay. The grounds are very well maintained and all the staff are very friendly. We would especially like to mention Gaber at the pool, as well as El Sayed and Mostafa in the main restaurant, who spoilt us with fun and passion. We really enjoyed our holiday and will definitely be back!

We’ve spent the most wonderful holiday ever this time at Jaz Lamaya. I would like to thank the hall team and especially REDA in the reception who’s given us our favorite sea view room witch was marvelous, he really Made our stay there very special. Thank you very much REDA. The service in the restaurant was excellent, and the food at the beach Snack bar was one of the best steaks I’ve ever had. The beach was sandy and best for the children, unfortunately the visibility of the water was not the best but we had a nice snorkeling. Wish you all great fun at Jaz Lamaya.
