Nice new hotel but the staff doesn't follow the food is good but not extraordinary the reception staff doesn't understand what you are asking for the bed in the room (junior suite) be careful of the sharp corner of the bed I hurt my leg!! In short the price is too high for what you get. The JAZ AMARA IS MUCH BETTER IN EVERY WAY!

Hotel is absolutely perfect. They have great food and service. The staff was polite and very nice. We can't forget about the entertainment staff that was always energetic, very friendly and got everybody dancing and enjoying their day playing bocca and other games. You can also make a reservation at 2 other restaurants I think that's great cause u have many options.

My most important point about this place is : During last 10 months we were there with my wife four times. I guess this is self explaining. Very special thank to GM of the hotel Mr. Tarik, all the time helping us and all the time with good mood. All the staff behaved in such a way that we really felt like their personal guests or like with a family I remember just ( other please sorry that i forgot your names ) : waiters : Sayed and Omar Receptionist : Amir and Asmaa I forgot name of our room keeper ( 1104 ), bar tenders of Splash bar, boys around upper pool. Thank you . All the cooks. Food was just amazing. During all our visits. Lot of choices .... Definitelly we will come back again Monika and Vlad
