Ali is the best!! Professional, always smiling, best may tai in the world! Ali has best English. He is always working hard. He has a great sense of humor but he keeps it very professional. He looks out for the best of the customers! Makes sure everyone is happy and having a good time! He is attentive and remembers everyone’s favorite dink! Great service!!!!!

This Was my second visit in Maraya. The hotel is a great choice for couples, groups of friends and families. It is a very clean and well-maintained place. The rooms are well-designed, the beds are comfortable and the service is top-notch - always helpful and smiling. The food here is excellent and the pool bar and lobby serve great drinks. The hotel provides everything you need on vacation and you just feel good there - it was a perfect vacation :)

Our stay at the Jaz Maraya hotel in January was truly exceptional, and we highly recommend it. We stayed in a spacious family room with a garden view, which was perfect for our needs. The hotel staff was outstanding, but two individuals truly stood out and became the faces of the hotel for us. Awad Mobark from the housekeeping team amazed us daily with his creativity and attention to detail, crafting beautiful towel art that delighted our family every evening. His optimism and dedication were a reflection of the hotel’s high standards. At the pool bar, Ali Rafat provided exceptional service, always greeting us with a smile and a warm, friendly attitude. He was not only open to help but also consistently reliable, making sure every guest felt welcome and cared for. His cheerful personality and genuine care turned each interaction into a memorable experience. Together, Awad and Ali embody the heart and soul of Jaz Maraya, setting a gold standard for hospitality. Jaz Maraya is a fantastic place for snorkeling, with its beautiful coral reef just a short swim away. There’s also a wonderful aqua park for kids, a warm pool, several restaurants, and a cozy lobby where you can relax until late at night. The hotel offers daily evening shows, including an amazing African dance performance and impressive belly dance shows by two Brazilian dancers. Activities like yoga and stretching added a relaxing touch to our mornings. The à la carte Seahorse restaurant offered delicious meals, and we particularly enjoyed the excursions, especially to Utopia Island. For anyone looking to escape the cold and gray European winters, Jaz Maraya is a perfect sunny retreat. With temperatures above 20°C and endless sunshine, it offers everything you need for a memorable family vacation. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Great stay, very good food, beautiful area, warm water in the pool - friendly service, very cheerful and funny. New Year's Eve was very well organized - very helpful waiters - especially. I really recommend this hotel. The chef is a true Master ❤️

I rate everything perfectly, service no. 1, everyone is nice and polite. Very very nice !!!! I recommend it to everyone who dreams of great rest and complete relaxation!! it is close to the wonderful coray divers diving center!!...!
