very nice and relaxing and has very friendly staff. drinks' quality was subpar though and not all food served at the buffet was up to standards. all in all, it was a pleasant stay.

First time in amarina queen resort ,very clean and beautiful areas ,nice beach and nice pool,the food in the restaurant is tasty & the service from the staff is soo good they are so friendly & trying to do their best to make you happy during your holiday time,the animation team are so active & friendly, doing excellent shows & activity during the day time,thanks to the animation team & special thanks to all the managements for the good atmosphere ❤️❤️❤️❤️I diffently advice everyone to come here & enjoy the sun &sea , recommended

Thanks For all Restaurant Team , specially Thanks To Mohamed el saiedy , Ehab Murad , Hassan in Lobby Bar and all the team of Lobby , Aqua Team Guards are very helpful . Over all the Hotel is nice ( clean , staff are welcoming, Smiling and helpful , Food is Good , night life with animation team do big efforts during the week programs ) The Beach isn’t sandy so you should use the Marina and that for who can swim or no with life jacket will feel great snorkeling . Aqua and pool is clean and nice . Negative:Just one I had meet in reception during the check in Called Hagagi is Rude and nervous, can’t deny the reception manager he helped me and others on reception are helpful also .

5 stars hotel were the staff is 10 stars. All staff since reception, cleaning, animation team, beach team, restaurant and bars are exceptional. Give a praise for Ali (pool bar), Abdel Atiff (mean restaurant) for being efficient and offering an extra service. I surely say that the best food experience were the Egipcian restaurant ( unique) and the Italian restaurant ( make sure order the shrimp, it was juice, big and fresh ). The beach is clean warm and cristalina . The water park fun. My complain is the men every approaching you in the beach or pool to sell a spa treatments or an excursion. I strongly recommend instead of this uneasy contact ( they weren't unfriendly or rude, just that is tiresome have always people question about the same) a stand in the beach or reception with pictures to sell the service. It is more convenient and undisturbed way to the guests to make a deal in the holidays.

Everything is dirty! The bath smells like sewage! No hot water in the room Restaurant smells like dirty garbage can left on the sun! The lowest quality of food on Earth! No security! No personal space! The animation team is on your head every 2 min!

We spent our vacation in this season it resort Amarina resort in Marsa Lam Egypt. Very good for our family. Staff very friendly and good. We use some activities of animation team like water polo or stretching. Happy to be relaxed here. Actors are very frendly and good. Very good and recommand to all.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The resort is spacious and beautifully maintained, with clean pools and plenty of areas to relax. My room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The housekeeping staff did a great job, and the service at the reception was always friendly and helpful.

Good hotel as value for money. Main restaurant buffet was good, different items and also grill corner. We enjoyed visiting a la carte restaurants, Italian 🇮🇹 . Lobby bar was very good. Animation team was great with daily activities and evening show. There was oriental show, copra show, fakir show.

The Hotel it self as per the structure and the rooms are so good , The staff is not anyway friendly, especially at the reception, there is a receptionist called Mohamed hagagy , he needs to smile more and needs to be more polite , they didn't give us Lunch box at our check out , they were so needy in the checkout and kept knocking on our doors at 11.30 Am , they even took off our bracelets at check out and were very needy also about it, they are not generous The food quality is Moderate and there is no variety. More and above No fresh juice available , despite that the hotel price is not cheap At check out they told us that there is something missing from the room , then they figured out that it wasn't there in the first place at check in , they are not polite, they shouldn't mention something insulting like this unless they are 100% sure . The whole staff needs to be changed , especially at the reception and some at the restaurant, I don't recommend this hotel at all , there are hotels that are far better than this one at Marsa alam in the same price category, like (Lazuli hotel) for example.
