Because it is the off-season for tourism, the surrounding shops are not open. Fortunately, there is food in the hotel. The service is pretty good. You can order food and it will be delivered to your door. The sea in the hotel is also very beautiful.

It is one of the most beautiful hotels on the North Coast, as it has all the services and facilities that any family needs.
The reception is nice, the swimming pools are fun, and the sea is clean.

The room furniture is outdated. A broken tile at the room entrance! The coffee mugs were dirty! Service is very slow responsive. I had to call 3 times asking for someone to fix the safe that turned out to be out of batteries. We arrived on Saturday and the room was cleaned for the first time on Tuesday!! Food was good. Not much varieties but can't complain. Pool is very nice. Summary...hotel is over-rated and over-priced...

This is shouldn’t be 5 Stars hotel at all, maximum rank I see is 3 stars, one of my worst experience in Egypt hotels, Chalet maintenance is very bad, trace sliding doors not working, painting dropped every where, floor tiles broken, ants every where. They are using very cheap chemicals even in water treatment plant since irrigation water is has very much bad smelling or in the pools as taking too much time for disinfection and pools stop working for days for disinfection!! Unprofessional duty manager called Hassan Mahmoud, not qualified to manage even a small grocery store not a hotel. No cameras so place is unsafe, beach not clean and a lot of trash in the sea water which should be workers just always remove trash from sea water by nets. It doesn’t worth what I paid for, for this hotel I see it should be half cost of what they offer and maximum 3 stars ranking. I don’t recommend any one to pay this much amount In this Hotel .. this is waste of money.
