Friendly staff! The complex is clean and well-maintained with various pools! Swimming in the sea is hardly possible for non-swimmers as the water level on this side of the reef is not very deep! The food and snacks at the pool bar and on the beach are very sparse and not very appealing! The selection of hot drinks is very small!
The pool and beach bars could also stop offering their food during meal times! or
could also be closed during meal times and open in the meantime!

If you are looking for a quiet place without annoying animators. Where you can enjoy the sea, desert and sun. Then this is the place for you. Within walking distance is a lagoon with magnificent corals, where you can swim even if the sea is more swell.
The downside for tourists is that it is difficult to get to.

This place could actually be ok if they kick out all the people working there. I’ve never met staff that was that rude and inappropriate. Feels like not a single person enjoy working here. Food sucks, small choice and unseasoned. Rooms are quite dirty, they’re not changing the sheets, they just fold the old ones again. Power goes off everyday for a while. There’s not enough sunbeds at the swimming pool and on the beach. All in all the worst thing about this place is the staff, super rude, yelling and not helpful about anything, just saying “yes, yes, yes, no problem, no problem”. Don’t go there if you want on enjoy your holidays

Restaurant food very decent, rooms bit outdated but clean , housekeeping helpful, the staff in general all seemed hard working people. Thank you to the bar staff indoors and outdoor for making us great drinks and shout out to Yahya and Mr Hassan who were always funny and liked to help

I have stayed at this hotel few times over the years, but this year has exceeded all my expectations! Friendly staff, always helpful and with smiles on their faces 😊 special recognition for beach/pool bar staff Hassan and Yahya who have been absolutely brilliant, fun to be around and make the best cocktails in the world 😊 if you ask me, they should get a pay rise 😄😊 thank you , I will be back
