We had the pleasure of staying at Akassia Swiss Resort, and the restaurant staff truly made our experience unforgettable. One waiter - A. Raheem - stood out from the very beginning - always kind, attentive, and smiling. He provided service with heart, making every meal feel special. Another waiter - Alaa Gamal - had the same amazing flow as one of the best waiters we've ever met in Poland. His great sense of humor and world-class service made every dinner a joy. Together, they create a great team and a warm, welcoming atmosphere that we will never forget. Thank you for the amazing dinners - we'll definitely be back! The housekeeping team did an excellent job - the rooms were always clean and well organized. The staff were friendly, reliable, and very professional. A special thanks to one helpful team member who was always ready to assist with a smile — we're sorry we don't remember his name, but we truly appreciated his kindness. The towel animals left in the rooms were a lovely and creative touch that made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended! Akassia seiss restort is a fantastic village, there is everything you need to have fun and relax with family and friends. It has two piers to access the coral reef really fascinating full of fish and colorful corals. The buffet rich and varied. The staff very kind, friendly, helpful and cheerful. I recommend it to everyone, a place to return to for sure! :)

The diod is nice and testy the pools arę amazing our kids enjoy herę especially water polo with with zine and darts the room is amazing the show on the eveing the light show is the best animatorzy arę very nice team and fun we we really love the Beach party Also

We had a very enjoyable week. Perfect for a chilled out holiday with plenty of sunshine. The staff were friendly and helpful, the pools are great and the grounds are beautifully kept. The food was good and drinks ok. Wine was drinkable, beer was nice, but the juices for cocktails were far too sweet for our taste. Rooms are not 5* luxury, but are clean and functional. Beds are firm, but comfortable. We went on a quad bike trip from just outside the hotel. Great fun and our teenagers loved it.

It was an Amazing holiday, great resort, where there are good facilities, the workers are very nuce, and very open and friendly, the hotel is also very clean. The food is surprisingly good compared to other all inclusive hotels. Overall a great experience

The hotel is very nice,and so clean the hotel is seems good in main sides like the are not pusing the guest to do anything or to puy anything, Paulina (gest relation) is always checking US ,also good pepole around US takiego Care of What we need Frombork drinks like [Mohamed robię] the room are always clean, we are really greatful that we came here......
