Jaz Solaya

Pure weather, clean, enjoyable, food was acceptable and diverse(no east asian food though). I loved the grass well maintained and soft under the feet. The room was not double bed but twin bed. Despite I did 2 bookings(one after another) explicitly asking double bed. Lot's of german family with children but the room not oriented swimming pool are calm. Many games available (darts, petanque, diving, tennis,...) Service acceptable but a bit rude sometimes : specifically they don't like we order at the bar/counter(I don't always have time to wait for the waiter). They give you an order angrily to go sit and wait for them, no smile. That part was not acceptable. Overall a very good stay and I will likely come back.

We stayed at this hotel during the week of March with our family and we were really impressed by the quality of the service and the beauty of the structure. The hotel is absolutely impeccable, with maintenance taken care of down to the smallest details. The rooms are spacious, very clean and equipped with every comfort. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful, always ready to help and make us feel at home. The location is perfect for those who want to explore the area, and every service offered, from breakfast to the restaurant, was excellent. We were really satisfied and will definitely return in the future. Highly recommended for a relaxing and carefree holiday!

The hotel staff were very kind, accommodating, and friendly. The food and drinks were great. The room was clean. We appreciated having a room in the quiet part of the hotel. The hotel is well-located, so it’s close to the water park, bars, restaurants, and most importantly, the sea. I highly recommend it.

We had an amazing experience at Jaz Solaya, From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The hotel is beautifully, with clean and comfortable room with the best view and a relaxing atmosphere. The food was delicious with a wide variety of options, and everything was fresh and well-prepared and the Italian restaurant NINOs is very recommended.The animation team did a fantastic job keeping us entertained throughout the day with fun activities and shows in the evening. The location is perfect for a beach holiday — crystal-clear water, great snorkeling right off the shore and pier. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better vacation. Thank you to the entire team at Jaz Solaya for making our stay so special. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Very good service on reception and hotels room. The whole hotel is very clean and fresh. Pools and aquapark are very good for childrens and family. We would like to see one more time this place. Animation for children Was ok. All shops in hotel have everything u need too buy.
