Jaz Solaya

Pure weather, clean, enjoyable, food was acceptable and diverse(no east asian food though). I loved the grass well maintained and soft under the feet. The room was not double bed but twin bed. Despite I did 2 bookings(one after another) explicitly asking double bed. Lot's of german family with children but the room not oriented swimming pool are calm. Many games available (darts, petanque, diving, tennis,...) Service acceptable but a bit rude sometimes : specifically they don't like we order at the bar/counter(I don't always have time to wait for the waiter). They give you an order angrily to go sit and wait for them, no smile. That part was not acceptable. Overall a very good stay and I will likely come back.

The hotel staff were very kind, accommodating, and friendly. The food and drinks were great. The room was clean. We appreciated having a room in the quiet part of the hotel. The hotel is well-located, so it’s close to the water park, bars, restaurants, and most importantly, the sea. I highly recommend it.

It was our third time in Jaz Solaya. 10 minutes from the airport. Got a welcome drink while waiting to get the key of the room. This time we got room with garden view near the reception. Emplyees are kind and helpful especisly: Ahmed, Mohamed, Ibrahim (guys from the bar), Ahmed Shaban, Mahmud and Amr from restsurant and Adel who reserved for us dinner in a la carte restaurant Momo (it was amazing experience). Food and servis on highest quality. The animation of Jaz Solaya is the best. Especially Omar and Amelia. They were really funny, friendly, caring. We got the best aqua gym lesson ever from Omar! I would recommend to stay here and we will come back to Solaya!

Amazing resort with excellent food, a beautiful pool, and spacious, comfortable rooms. The beach is clean and relaxing, and there are plenty of fun activities for kids. The staff are extremely helpful, polite, fast, and maintain everything to a high standard of cleanliness. A couple of areas for improvement: guests should be informed earlier about the need to book external restaurants in advance, and the night entertainment could be more engaging. Overall, a highly recommended stay for both families and couples!

Nice hotel, but diving center is chaos. Food and beverage Ok. Aquapark is super. A la carta booking not so easy.
