It was very bad ,the quality of the room was terrible ,even we paid more to upgrade to better room but still bad ,animations were poor.anfiteatro was very poor style ,spa was very old and poor style and nothing special,food was not bad,gardens were clean,lobby very old style and not fascinated ,swimming pools were clean ,.

Everything in perfect order. we brought it for a family vacation and we were pleasantly surprised. cleanliness, food, environment, all staff and especially I would mention the animation team in their native language. Jjanette was perfect, my son immediately liked her ☺️ for us, pickalbatros is a guarantee of quality

super hotel, tasty food, i recommend it. drinks are great and the service is excellent. rooms are clean, view is good, there are many pools, both normal and heated ones. people are. ery nice, gardens ale kept clean and nice. everyone should come here.

A very good experience, the hotel is clean, the staff is nice and helpful, the food is fresh and tasty, a lot of facilities, the beds are comfy, our room was very spacious. We would come here again and we would definitely recommend the hotel to our friends and family.

What a wonderful hotel! We were given a lovely big room on arrival which is very comfortable, big shout out to Hussain who has looked after the room and created memorable towel art every day to welcome us back to the room, he has greeted us as friends and checked how we are and if we are happy with everything, nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is big with spacious grounds and too many pools to count, everywhere is kept immaculately from the beautiful gardens, the pool area and the beach. plenty of choices from the many restaurants on site to eat and food was always hot with many dishes cooked to order. There is a good entertainment programme and the animations team are friendly and encouraging. Good cocktails and we were very happy to discover that all inclusive included Gluhwein!, the hotel has lots of Christmas decorations up which adds to the fun. Plenty of activities on offer here including tennis and padel courts, bumper boats, bike hire mini golf, giant chess, snorkelling from the pier, a very good water park, dive centre and more! If you want to book a dive or an excursion then speak to Mo Mo who is very helpful and friendly. The spa offers a wide range of treatments too. We love our holiday here and will definitely return

Pickalbatros Sea World is a very nice hotel, clean, tidy, with great food, everything at hand and a good selection of restaurants to visit for meals. Soft drink selections and beer is not too bad and obviously your Vodka, Gin, Rum, Whiskey and Red, White Wine. You can snorkel at the end of the pier/jetty or in the shallows and see a few fish or you can book up Snorkeling or Diving at the Red Sea Shop on the beach; ask for Mo, very attentive and informative, all in all we had a great time, weather was great, so many pools to choose from and great service around the pools :-) generally good service all round, staff are friendly and willing to help. Warmth, relaxation, food and drink what more could one want....
