今天從丁青縣趕到昌都友家賓館，熱情的陳大姐迎接了我們，幫忙提行李至二樓，順利入住201房，床單被套全換新，一塵不染，衞生間乾淨，熱水充足，停車場沒有，但晚上八點可以停在路邊上，至早上九點。交警許可的。為友家賓館點贊：重慶遊客。

酒店交通位置很好，出行方便，周邊餐飲很豐富，到市中心廣場步行可到達。酒店房間很緊湊，但很整潔，衞生條件不錯，還有香薰，用熱水也方便。

性價比不錯，服務也可，衹是臨街有點吵，樓下是個賣魚的商家，不時飄來腥味，想住便宜的賓館，還是可以考慮的。

西藏行返程中丁青出發在昌都停留一晚入住該客棧。客棧位於入城邊邊上。優點熱水給力樓下吃飯的地方很多。我們的晚餐是對面蹄花湯家吃的，早餐就在樓下米粉世家吃的，味道都不錯。帶衞生間的房間很小；都不帶衞生間的稍微大點。其他設施一般般。希望住好點的慎重下單。不講究的可以選擇，晚上7點後客棧樓下可以停車到第二天早上9：00（其他時間客棧幫忙找地方停車）客棧就在強巴林寺下面。從客棧背面小路爬個小坡，過條馬路就到強巴林寺，走路估計不到4分鐘。下來是下坡更快。

有一説一，房間雖小，還算乾淨，這個價位也可以，有獨立衞生間。但是臨街，晚上還是會聽到路上汽車、摩託的聲音，這個要看人，我家其他人都能睡着，我實在睡不着，後半夜困的不行了才睡着，第二天在車上瘋狂補覺。

垃圾死了，那個水洗洗澡的時候像老太太尿尿似的，把洗頭膏跟沐浴露擦上居然沒熱水了，沒熱水也就算了，燒水洗吧，燒水都燒不了了，又停電了，長這麼大，從來沒有這麼無語過，真是太無語了。
