終於明白為什麼有寶子説你可以永遠相信攜程上的差評！圖一是七月份有寶子給這間酒店的差評，圖二是酒店當時的回覆，酒店的回覆洋洋灑灑一大篇，態度誠懇，信誓旦旦表示立馬整改。我居然又傻又天真的相信了，想現在已經10月下旬了，應該全部都整改完畢了，想當然就訂了二間房。
結果入住以後發現我遭遇了七月份寶子同樣的境遇：馬桶墊與馬桶不匹配（這是酒店在七月份信誓旦旦的回覆差評説通知保潔員馬上更換尺寸匹配的馬桶墊），服務員説換一間房，發來的圖片馬桶和這個相差無幾，仍然不匹配，我們的行李都已經收拾出來了，就想着湊合一晚。結果後續發生的事情讓人無法忍受：茶水吧的玻璃枱面積滿了灰塵，燒水壺污濁不堪，淋浴間下水不暢，淋浴間的水不知從哪裡流到淋浴間外面，整個衞生間泡在水裡，維修部叫來保潔員幫忙擦乾積水，給了三條地巾，後續有水的話我們自己吸乾。最最讓人無法忍受的是浴袍，脱下來才發現裏面有好多乾涸的血漬！
前台送來兩碟乾果，説表示歉意，我拒絕了，我告訴他，你們的酒店收費明顯高於昌都其他高檔酒店，我花錢是要享受相應品質的酒店，不是為了吃你們的乾果！
我想問一下酒店的管理層，你們誠懇的回覆差評是光説不改、為了繼續欺騙後面的客人嗎？作為西部礦業集團旗下的酒店，擁有這麼好的硬件設施，管理被你們做得這麼爛，你們的良心不會痛嗎？你們是完全不拿國有資產當回事兒呀！@西部礦業集團

這家酒店床品非常舒服，躺在床上軟硬度合適，枕頭我選了比較低的，被子薄厚也合適，屋子裡温度適宜，有氧氣，舒服的都不想起來了。房間很大，周圍很安靜，屋內設施很新。早餐環境也很好，品種多樣。整體衞生也不錯，但是我的房間裏馬桶墊好像有污漬似的，，衹給配備一個一次性馬桶墊，用熱水燙了燙擦了擦，還是有黃色，如果馬桶換一下就更完美了

酒店的地下車庫很方便，車位充足，找車位不用費時間而且環境整潔。酒店電梯直達地下車庫，電梯空間大且平穩。房間更讓我滿意，不僅乾淨衞生，採光也是非常不錯的，總體來説體驗感蠻不錯的！
