We loved our stay! we were greeted at reception with bubbles which was also lovely treat. We were also upgraded to a much larger room which was absolutely amazing! We will be back again for sure!! The only downside was that there was a couple of food marks on the kitchen walls and randomly on a light fitting but I’m sure that could have just been a one off.

Although very compact, the room was great. Bed was very comfortable with lovely linen and lots of choices for pillows. Shower a nice size and a lovely big window to the outside world but with blockout curtains for a sleep in. The young British lady on reception was exceptional with her knowledge of what to recommend close by.

Overall room was clean, however the USB port in the bedroom did not work, the alarm clock was not set and had an extremely annoying buzz, resulting in I had to unplug it anyway. The directions to the parking was extremely poor, no mention of a lift being used or what to expect. I suggested a flyer could be done to answer any questions for customers needing to use the car park service. There was little to no engagement of the staff about this and were only able to restate the poor information that was already given. I felt like a number and not a paying customer. It would seem your attention to details is lacking, and this would flow down from management to floor staff.

This hotel provides excellent service, with every detail carefully considered, making me feel very comfortable and relaxed. We were in a harbor view with balcony room and had the best view of fireworks in the harbor on Saturday night from the room. Great location with a ferry stop close by that stopped around most of the harbor. It will also stop at Circular Quay where there are more piers that gives access to all the ferries & trains. Good location to many bay front restaurants. It’s just a little loud in the evenings. You can here the music from the restaurants or clubs.

I've never stepped foot in a room for more than $800 with dark curtains surrounding the room, compared to other hotels with cool sunlight and air conditioning. I didn't get breakfast because the waiter refused when I was travelling with the hotel slippers and because my feet hurt not wearing my clogs. Bad and won't be came back!

Very good service! recommend! The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and there was an unlimited refill of mineral water. Very close to the city center, walking to Linggang. It can be regarded as a boutique hotel. Suitable for one person's travel

Need patience to deal that period. And no any room service at night shift 3.建筑很有特点，充满年代感的外立面，还有内部裸露出来的主体结构。和现代化的五星酒店相比，还是比较特别的。 4.设施设备一般般，可能因为年代太久。住13层的话有隐藏电梯，上下楼快一些。

The location was perfect, especially with the light rail just below the building. We also had an amazing dinner at the bar on our final night - loved the wagyu beef burger and fish n chips. Even though the rooms looked a bit dated, we still had a comfortable stay.

Stayed 2 nights, location was not bad, more quieter in comparison to CBD area and Pitt Street. Staff explained a lot during check-in. It is a nice place to stay if you have plans for watching the performance or ********. Great restaurants nearby and the food court downstairs is packed. There’s a Coles just across the street so you can also pick up some groceries easily.
