Service is great. They charged me $150.2 for valet parking after I checked out.But nobody told us they were charging extra fee for valet parking. When we asked where is parking lot the doorman just said leave key to me.This is ridiculous.

Fantastic location and great vibe. And the hotel reception is warm hearted as well.

Stayed 2 nights, location was not bad, more quieter in comparison to CBD area and Pitt Street. Staff explained a lot during check-in. It is a nice place to stay if you have plans for watching the performance or ********. Great restaurants nearby and the food court downstairs is packed. There’s a Coles just across the street so you can also pick up some groceries easily.

Service was world class! Rooms are spacious and comfy! Definitely will stay here when back!

Nice place to stay in… the outdoor pool although heated is cold thou… the room n bed is comfortable. Place is convenient and there is a LRT stop to the hotel.

Wonderful hotel with the best spa bathtub. The room was clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

The service is excellent and it is very convenient to eat. Several hotels share a public food street. It is close to **, museums, and theaters, and it is also convenient for travel. There is Chinese service, which is good! The buffet is delicious.

I chose this hotel because it had no negative reviews. It was really great. The hotel's front desk service, room facilities and hygiene were impeccable. The hotel's location is also very good. It's close to Darling Harbour and there are many buses and ferries nearby. The lobby downstairs is also very big. It's very convenient to eat and shop downstairs. I stayed for a total of five nights. I am grateful for the care of the hotel staff and the patient help of the friendly Chinese front desk staff.

Second time staying here. Nice view outside the window. Breakfast is not buffet but of high quality.

Upgraded to the penthouse suite, very comfortable

The hotel price is not in line with the actual situation. I don't feel any advantages except that it is new. Especially the breakfast is rubbish. The so-called Japanese food... is very bad. Five-star charges and two-star service! The so-called Japanese food is in the picture!
