Service is great.
They charged me $150.2 for valet parking after I checked out.But nobody told us they were charging extra fee for valet parking. When we asked where is parking lot the doorman just said leave key to me.This is ridiculous.

Stayed 2 nights, location was not bad, more quieter in comparison to CBD area and Pitt Street. Staff explained a lot during check-in. It is a nice place to stay if you have plans for watching the performance or ********. Great restaurants nearby and the food court downstairs is packed. There’s a Coles just across the street so you can also pick up some groceries easily.

Nice place to stay in… the outdoor pool although heated is cold thou… the room n bed is comfortable. Place is convenient and there is a LRT stop to the hotel.

The location is very convenient. You can take the light rail or walk to the attractions.
The front desk service is polite, and you can order Uber Eats and notify the front desk to deliver it to your room. The hotel also has 24-hour room service.
The hygiene level is pretty good.
The overall stay experience is good, I will consider staying here next time.

Good. Two wash basins. The house is cleaned every day. It is very neat and clean. It is not noisy at all. The dry and wet areas are separated. The space is large. The decoration is OK. The front desk service is very enthusiastic. The service is very good and fast. There is a Coles supermarket at the door. It is very convenient to buy things.
