Lovely staff, clean and spacious room, great location. Not too crowded at this time of year (May into June); although the season hadn't started for many businesses, still plenty of choice for eating and drinking. (We found the mattress too firm, but this is down to individual preference.)

Excellent hotel with lovely helpful owners. Always checking that everything is OK. Bedrooms are spacious and very clean. Staff very friendly. Breakfast is wonderful with plenty of choice. A fabulous stay from the moment we arrived, rooms are spotless and kept that way for the week. Very large comfortable bed,and plenty of storage for cases etc. Breakfast is second to none, fresh eggs,toast, Greek yogurt honey fresh fruit, cakes, it was endless all served at our table. This hotel is right in the centre of the village so everywhere is accessible, never noisy thouogh, highly recommend for a wonderful friendly stay We have already booked our return visit for next year

We stayed at this hotel from 28th June for 11 nights. The owner and family were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The room was very clean, with a compact bathroom with a proper walk-in shower. There was always plenty of hot water. Our breakfast was included, and there was a fair amount of choice. It is a short walk from the restaurants, shops in the village, also the beach and castle.

Great, modern hotel Close walking distance to everything. Staff was very polite and attentive…couldn’t ask for more. Rooms were well appointed and very clean. Great reception/lounge area. Breakfast was superb with many choices and made fresh to your liking

At short notice we needed to find somewhere for just one night in and around Methoni, and the Achilles Hotel fitted the bill perfectly. It’s a modern building just a short walk from the village centre, and looks to be family run. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Our room was basic, clean, and just what we wanted. Good breakfast – what more do you need for a short stay in Methoni??

Nice and good hotel with beautiful sea views, good beds and friendly staff, nice and large swimming pool and nice breakfast outside with a beautiful view over Methoni. Located on a steep road so you have to be able to climb a bit.

We spent three nights during a trip with several stops. Location - located in the town center in a quiet and peaceful position. Parking – private available. Room – nice, comfortable, extremely clean, modern furniture and bathroom. Efficient air conditioning system. Towels changed on request, even daily. Wifi works well. Small terrace with table and chairs, possibility of hanging out. Staff - extremely courteous. Breakfast - buffet, rich (with sweet and savory cakes prepared on site, fresh fruit, magnificent figs...). Not being able to drink cow's milk we asked to have almond milk which was provided to us.
