Wow! Wow! Wow!! Truly phenomenal of a stay! Do not look any further! Best hotel in Costa Navarino! From the time you walk in you can feel the warmth of the staff and the feel of luxury and know you will be well taken care of! Every detail is amazing and top notch! From the food, to the room, the fitness center and spa all is truly wonderful! The staff truly made me feel special and took time to talk to me and make me feel wonderful! Please book this hotel you will not disappoint!

I visited The Spa at Mandarin Oriental Costa Navarino and was beyond impressed. The spa facilities are gorgeously built, with a beautiful eye for decor. My therapist Paige has been great to meet and receive a treatment from. She has a calm and engaging personality, and making conversation comes easily to her. She paid attention to my requests, and ensured she covered these during her massage. Her massage is lovely, warming up the muscles correctly before introducing elements of pressure. I realised areas of tension in my body that I didn't know I have, and I left feeling much better after the session. She has learned details about the property and was able to offer them to me with ease and passion. I was delighted to learn about the spa and the hotel from her. After the massage, I enjoyed the steam room, sauna and cold plunge - finishing off with a gentle swim in the fabulous pool, overlooking the Navarino Bay. An experience I will remember for years to come.

Unbelievably relaxed, luxurious experience. Exceeded my expectations by a lot. The rooms are amazing, the food options are super varied and amazing quality, lots of options for entertainment, relaxation, kids. The staff is very helpful and friendly and the facilities are really top class

My experience with Mandarin Oriental has been nothing short of a nightmare. Due to a family death, I had to cancel my stay from May 1-5, 2024, and needed an original invoice for insurance purposes. Over a month later, despite countless emails and follow-ups, I am still waiting for this basic document. The incompetence and utter lack of professionalism displayed by the staff, particularly Andreas from Accounts, is astonishing. They have provided nothing but empty excuses and have shown a complete disregard for my situation. This isn't just poor service; it's outright negligence. This ordeal has added immense stress during an already sensitive time. Mandarin Oriental's failure to provide a simple invoice is not just a minor inconvenience—it's a blatant demonstration of their inability to handle even the most basic customer needs. Their complete lack of care is beyond unacceptable. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in Mandarin Oriental. We will never stay at any of their properties again, although the Mandarin is a chain my family & I have regularly visited many times. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere. This hotel is a disgrace, and their service is a joke. definitely one of the most complete and perfect locations for us in Europe. the place itself boasts great architecture, and amazing views. It is surrounded by a fantastic golf course and soon will also have its own tennis academy. Great food, great service, great beach club,…

After staying at the mandarin oriental Bodrum our expectations for this new opening were high. This beautiful resort did not disappoint. From start to finish the service was above and beyond - staff were extremely attentive, friendly and knowledgable in all areas. The space was tranquil and beautifully designed, and although on a hill they give you e bikes or buggies to get around. Our room was modern and spacious with a beautiful balcony and sea view. The hotel was also extremely generous with amenities - delicious chocolate and lovely Oskia skincare left in our room which was a special added touch. The beach and pool areas had plenty of space for everyone with a lovely modern design, and the loungers were really comfortable. The beach was a little stoney when getting in but the water was very clear. The spa pool is also breath taking and well worth a visit for the view. We visited all restaurants which were exceptional. Some of the best food we’ve ever eaten. Every restaurant served fresh local food, much of which came from the resorts own gardens. The staff were brilliant and remembered our drinks orders each day, and each restaurant had a unique special touch to the service. The breakfast was very traditional with one a la carte dish being served alongside a tray of Greek items - from halwa to fresh cheese and yoghurts. The pizza experience is also not to be missed - it’s not a typical a la carte pizza restaurant but a tasting experience of ten courses of delicious, flavoursome pizza slices, prepared with a lot of passion. Not every restaurant is open each day so it’s worth some planning so you don’t miss out. We also had room service which was equally brilliant. As the flowers start to grow I have no doubt the resort will become even more beautiful. Overall this is a mixture of luxury and service that the MO Bodrum has whilst having a more calm, local and relaxing vibe. We hope to be back soon.

A great hotel. Superb one bedroom villa. Outstanding facilities . Great gym and spa. Wonderful hotel pool which could do with a little more shade. E bikes or golf carts for getting around. 4 golf courses on site which were in fabulous condition. Unique breakfast experience. Restaurants were also excellent. Very hard to find fault in anything but in an attempt would suggest the next capital spend be on the utterly appalling Kalamata airport which is enough to put us off returning.

For everything and especially for everyone we have the very best of opinion.The resort is an absolute PALACE, super luxurious with a fantastic view. Thank you for allowing me to give such a special 40th birthday to my lovely wife. Thanks to Alex and all other members of the guest experience for the special gifts, for their warmth, their smile and their willingness to do everything we even mention a reality. Recently stayed here for a special occasion and had an amazing time. There are many pricey hotels in the world but not all of them are worth it like this one was. The service from the staff was always exceptional, they make you feel like you're Julia Roberts. Also the property and surrounding area is beautiful. We did a wine master class with Janusz and olive harvesting with Lia Extra Virgin Olive Oil that took the experience to the next level.
