location was good and we stayed at the renovated part of the resort so it was great. but the overall service quality isn't great. reception staffs are not friendly and they even look bothered and annoyed when you have questions.

No bath towels provided, it is more like a long-stay condo hotel than a full service hotel.
The room is clean and with minimialistic design. The public area needs some refreshing, looks like a hotel from the 90s.
Onsen is great, kids friendly, conveniently connected to ski-rental and lifts.

The location is perfect, right at the snow park. The rooms are a bit old. But quite clean.

It’s a family ski trip for us, we are lucky to escape from the peak season, thus the hotel is less crowded and it feels more relaxed. The hotel is generally cleaned, the room is warm and even the floor is warm. No towel provided, so this needs to be noted. But we enjoyed the hotel as it’s very convenient to ski park.

The buildings located in the front are clean. However, the villa building located in the back is not well maintained regarding cleanliness. In particular, the cleanliness of the hallways and air conditioners was the worst. The staff's response was very friendly and quick. The water park did not take care of safety. Well done. The rooms in the villa were comfortable, but if they were better maintained, I think it would be a resort I would want to visit again.
