It was a cost-effective hotel for a group trip.
I had a great time using it during the off-season.
It would be better to use the restaurants in Phoenix rather than the nearby restaurants.

Geographically it is very good. Convenient to use the Phoenix next door...
However, the noise between the upper floors is considerable, possibly due to a facility issue. It's enough to make the whole room vibrate.

Although it is an old resort, it was very convenient and nice to go to the nearby Mt. Taegi. Sleeping overnight is no big deal. There was a convenience store on the first floor, which was useful.
