Overall, it is good enough for business trips, but the air conditioner turns off if the temperature is too low. The parking lot is outside, so you have to take that into account, and the basement is only for disabled parking.

It was good value for money, clean, and spacious. The outdoor parking lot was muddy on a rainy day, so I wonder if they did any construction. The walking trails around the area were nice, and Hwangtae-guk-satjip was the best for breakfast.

It's good value for money.
There are a lot of places to eat nearby, so it's a great place to take a break. I would probably use Lee Heon's room again for less than 100,000 won.

The location wasn't bad, I heard it was built in preparation for the Winter Olympics, and the room was spacious and nice with a residence concept. The staff are friendly and the service is satisfactory. However, the room was so hot that the temperature rose to 28 degrees, so I went to check the heater twice, but instead of changing the room, they just turned off the heater and left. It was a good value for money accommodation and I think it would be good to stay for a day on a business trip. I liked the dried pollack restaurant nearby because it was so delicious. I recommend it.
