Central City Hotel

The hotel is located within walking distance of the main attractions, the rooms are large. The view from the hall was of Mount Mashuk, from the room there was a view of the road. All necessary accessories (bathrooms, tea making facilities) were in the room, even an iron. The hotel staff is friendly. Breakfast has a large selection, but no frills.

I am a rather picky traveler and as a rule I try to choose chain hotels. There weren’t any in Pyatigorsk and therefore the choice had to be made solely on the basis of reviews. And I was right. I really didn’t expect that a hotel in the province, which does not indicate its star rating, could surprise me so much. The most significant advantage of the hotel is, of course, the number of rooms. It really deserves a full 5 stars. I lived alone, but I got a room of incredible size with 2 separate beds and huge panoramic windows. The hotel opened recently and all the attributes in the room are still brand new. The room has absolutely everything for a comfortable stay - dishes, various glasses, a full cosmetic set in the bathroom, capsule coffee machine, plasma, various napkins, a stocked minibar, an iron with an ironing board and as many as 2 telephones. As a compliment, 2 chocolates with the hotel logo were waiting for me on the table. Each bed had (attention!) 8 pillows. The room has various lighting options. This is really rare to see when a hotel room has very good lighting. Thus, there are absolutely no questions regarding the equipment and configuration of the room. Breakfast is included in the room rate. You can choose from English, Russian and American breakfasts. Unfortunately, the hotel does not have a full-fledged restaurant, so the order is brought directly to your room at a time that is convenient for you. I couldn't find any information on the hotel's website about any additional services, but the hotel does have a small gym with table football and a sauna. The best part is that they were located on the guest floor - literally opposite my room. The design on the guest floors and lobby is simple, but everything is clean and civil. The staff is hospitable and responsive. When checking out, I asked to leave my things at the reception for a couple of days. The request was not refused, for which special thanks go to the staff. In general, the hotel can be safely recommended to absolutely all categories of tourists, because it is really good.

The hotel is conveniently located near the market and attractions. The hotel is new and comfortable. The room is spacious with two kingsize beds. The mattresses are great! The hotel has a sauna. You can relax after walking. Delicious breakfasts, you can order food to your room and you don’t have to pay extra for it. I recommend!

There is no hot water in the hotel in the morning. This is daily!!! From approximately 7.00 to 9.00. The boiler is not working well. Employees know about this, but do not warn. There aren't enough tables for breakfast. Nice big rooms, comfortable beds. That's where the good stuff ends.

Family of 3 adults. Stay at the hotel for 4 days and 3 nights from January 21 to January 24, 2022 We were looking for a hotel near the Upper Market. The Central City Hotel suited us in all respects. Located 3 minutes walk from the grocery and clothing market. Modern, new hotel with large comfortable rooms and huge windows. Polite and friendly staff. Check-in went quickly. In the spacious room, where the floor is completely covered with carpet, there are two double beds, on which there are many soft pillows (4 or 5 pieces for each). The room has electric. kettle + tea, capsule coffee machine + capsules, sugar, bathrobes, slippers, iron with ironing board, bottled drinking water, in the bathroom and shower - hairdryer, hygienic shower, toothbrushes with paste, razors, shampoo, shower gel, cap shower, ear sticks, nail file, cotton pads, repair kit and plenty of towels. (I am writing in such detail because if we had known about this in advance, we would not have taken so much extra with us). In the minibar you can treat yourself to beer for an additional fee, min. water, nuts, candy, etc. There is an air conditioner and a TV with a lot of TV programs on the wall. A nice bonus from the hotel is a visit to the gym, sauna and hammam, included in the price of your stay. After long walks around Pyatigorsk, this is a gift for tired legs. On our next trip to Pyatigorsk we plan to stay at the same hotel. Moreover, in a year they promise to build a swimming pool there.
