The space not enough room and restaurant. Very little swimming pool. But all staff at the hotel were very kind and supportive. There was not food variety. I have stayed the other 4 swoell hotels before. But i am not satisfied of this.

This hotel stands out in terms of food/drinks provided for its guests. The breakfast timeslot is very wide (07:30-13:00), the choices what to take are plenty and moreover, packaging for take-away lunch are provided by hotel. So no more sneaking of food from breakfast in pockets. Then there is sweet beak after 16:00 accompanied with sodas/hot drinks from machine. After 18:30 salty snacks are offered. The personal was helpful, rooms clean and the bed comfortable.

No power socket in the bathroom, no air conditioner which is making the room under the roof hard to live. Very tiny W/C, the knees are touching the door. Great catering and very professional staff. Ideal location

Good food and great service, hotel was nice and bed clean and comfortable, they borrowed us a room to store ours bike so it was perfect Staff was kind and helpful, beer was great and also breakfast. Room was in great condition heater was working

This was the second time at this Hotel (Jan 2023) and I must say the quality was very much the same (minus the shell on prawns unfortunately) no matter - what was there was all good especially food, drink and comfortable room. My only criticism on the all inclusive would be the bar for spirits was from 18:30 -- 18:00 would be better. Water available 24/7 in the lounge area as the tap water is not suitable for drinking. Showers are of a weak spray - just about get the soap out of short hair (feel sorry for anyone with long hair) Didnt get to the spa area this time but adequate facilities last time.
