It was a terrible experience, especially about the waitress. The place is so crowded since it has a very close location to Eiffel Tower and the waitresses are rude. The one who served us poked us time by time and added his own tip to the bill although he dis not deserve it. I dont recommend

This restaurant takes advantage of tourists. The prices quoted on the menu are different than what is charged later on the bill. In addition, upon presenting us the bill, the waiter asked if we wanted to leave a 10% tip. This is not appropriate behavior in Paris where wait staff is paid a livable wage. Waiters should never ask you if you want to leave a tip, because tipping waiters is not even customary in France. For two cappuccino's, an eclair, a creme brulee and water, the bill was $58 euros. Do not eat here unless you want to be cheated and treated like a fool.

Do not go. This restaurant has an aim - to scam tourists. I repeat - do not go. Overpriced, charges you cannot see and intimidating - physically and verbally when you challenge. Do not go. Quality of beverages is poor (I did not order food thank goodness).

The food is extremely overpriced (10 euros for a cappuccino) and they added a 20% service fee at the end. Then I tried to use the restroom after I had finished my meal and one of the servers tried to tell me that I couldn’t use the bathroom because I wasn’t a patron, even after I had showed him where I was sitting he wanted to charge me 2 euro for the restroom. Overall not friendly staff and mid at best food.

We were greeted warmly by the maitre'd but all went downhill from there. We had the most rude waiter possible; he was hauty and arrogant. We were a party of 10: 7 adults and 3 children. He began with taking drink orders for 7 of the party; returning with 6 while forgetting one of the 3 children and not taking orders for 3 adults. When he was asked if they could order, he was upset which only got worse when he was told that he had forgotten the one child. He ignored us and went to another table. One of our guests went directly to the bar to discuss being poorly treated. We then had more attitude. The gentleman that originally seated us came over to discuss our treatment. We then decided to ask for our bill and go across the street for dining. Our bills were extortionate! My bill, for a glass of chardonnay, a beer and 2 Coca-Cola was 50€ The other guests were nuts as well. Then the waiter called us dogs. We paid our bill; drank our drinks and crossed the street to enjoy a lovely dinner without attitude! I would not suggest this spot.

I generally only write positive reviews, I don't like "Karens" any more than you do and I understand that i cant blame a restaraunt for their customers, but I left this restaurant with such a poor experience overall that I felt like I needed to warn others away. I write this review as a visiting tourist from the United States. We were greeted by the waiter without a smile and he had a demeanor that made me feel like I was a bother. We were told the inside seating was full (even though a group who entered after us was allowed inside) and so we were seated outside next to a smoker and another group of (very loud) Americans, which I hope was a coincidence and not an assumption that my group and I would be just as rowdy. When we were asked if we were ready to order we hesitated a bit until the waiter irritatedly said "it's either yes or no, it's a simple question". We made our choices The dish I ordered was the "roast-chicken and fresh French fries". I am by no means a qualified food critic but all I can say is that the small portion of chicken had no taste aside from butter, much like the pre made chicken you might find in a grocery store. The French fries were not crispy nor warm and lacked any flavor, even salt. Accompanied by a tiny salad and a disruptive ambiance, the dish was not nearly worth the price. During the meal, we were never checked on by the waiter as he was instead occupied flirting with and taking selfies with a group of female diners on the table next to us. The only thing on the table I had no qualms with was the wine, but they don't make that so it's difficult to credit them with this. After asking for the check, it was eventually brought, we paid and were wished a half-hearted farewell before the waiter disappeared once again. I can tolerate a mediocre meal or a waiter who could be having a bad day for all I know, but the combination of both along with the ambiance and what seemed to be hostility towards my status as a foreigner, compels me to dissuade any visitors from coming to this restaraunt as it has detracted from my otherwise wonderful time in Paris.

Charged over €24 for two lemonades, which didn’t include the tip. Questioned the cost with the waiter and asked to show me on the menu. He refused and got aggressive and got another waiter as back up. Stay clear of the tourist rip-off restaurant.

It was a real “robbery”. The menu doesn’t reflect the real prices. Once you are going to pay, they come with prices that are not written in the menu. In addition, once we did our claim we were very badly treated, without respect or consideration Be aware to not be CHEATED IN THIS BAR. En español: UNOS ATORRANTES

Tourist trap and extremely overpriced. Our waiter was overly pushy and even awarded himself a 20% tip on the bill (that was already extortionate). I witnessed similar behaviour from other waiters nearby. I would seriously avoid as there are far better places to visit in Paris.
