"I booked this hotel mainly to fulfil my kids' request for a swimming pool with a water slide — and on that front, it did not disappoint! The pool area was a big hit with them but some not well maintained. I didn’t expect the hotel to be this large, with 5 blocks/wings that are interconnected via bridges. We booked a twin guest room (without breakfast), and to our surprise, the bed was actually queen-sized — bigger than we usually get, which was a pleasant bonus. The hotel also features an arcade and game room, open until 10.00 PM. My kids absolutely enjoyed spending time there after the pool. I had requested a late check-out, and while they could only allow until 1.00 PM (likely due to the school holiday peak), they were kind enough to let us linger around the facilities even after we had checked out and validated our TNG card — really appreciated that gesture. Though our stay was short, the kids had a great time, and we’d definitely consider returning."

"A Great Stay! I truly love how smooth and easy the check-in process was. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always served with a smile, patiently explaining everything in detail. The parking area was convenient, and the hotel’s location is perfect. There’s a direct linkage to Alamanda, and since the hotel is connected to Shaftsbury Putrajaya, finding a good meal is never a problem. The pool was great, too! I really appreciate that it’s open until 10 PM, giving us more time to relax and enjoy. This hotel is also very Muslim-friendly. They provide a prayer mat and a clear Qiblat direction in the room. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. We’ll definitely recommend this hotel to others! 🌟"

"It was a decent stay. Room cleanliness is average. Can see stain on the carpet, towel and bedsheet but nothing too major. Coway water filter is prepared outside room, can use anytime. Parking is free but the entrance to parking is a bit scary. Location is amazing, near Masjid Besi. Breakfast is amazing! The selections are pretty great, the taste as well! Can repeat for a leisure stay but wish they can improve on cleanliness."

"I stayed only one night. Upon arrival, my spouse drop me and luggage ,then park the car at the designated area. You can call buggy with the QR code given to and from the hotel. Everything through the phone by the QR code such as Bellboy service, housekeeping, room services etc. Very convenient and the stay is such a breeze."

"I booked DutaVilla 32 for my family who came from Bintangor for my son's wedding during the weekend of National day. We requested for early check-in since the flight arrived around 11 am and the DV 32 rep readily accepted our request. One plus point there. The location was close to surau Al-Manar so we had no issue to perform Friday prayer on the day of arrival. Another plus point. The unit was spanking clean and very well prepared for us to check-in. The door lock used security code for locking which is another plus point. Since the group is big so no worries of one group keeping the key as they can unlock the door using the code only. Another plus point. All the necessary items such as towels and toiletries were provided and the host even provided some free food for us to enjoy. More plus point. We liked the idea of the self service shop in the unit where we can just pay using the provided QR code. Plus point again. We highly recommend the unit for everyone looking for homestay within Putrajaya. The house can accommodate quite high number of people, and our group consisted of 15 pax but I think the house can accommodate more. The location is very good as it is just a short drive to both Alamanda and IOI mall. Thank you DV 32 for the enjoyable stay and looking forward to staying there again if the opportunity arises."
